Horrible box quality

I collect anime figures and I just bought a new one, but when it arrived I could tell it was horribly handled. It looked like the box had been stepped on. Which is disappointing since i also collect the boxes. Luckily the actual figure wasn't damaged. But beware if you collect figures and want to keep the boxes since it'll probably looked stepped on.

Their home delivery option is worthless..

They have modernised their pickup from a packet box service but their home delivery sucks big time. Their delivery personnel are very unprofessional and unreasonable. They would knock at your door once and if you don’t answer the door within few seconds, they are gone for good. No second knocks, no waiting a couple of minutes (in case you are upstairs or in toilet) and they never ever try to reach you at your mobile number which is clearly listed in your delivery information. If you ever want home delivery and given the option, never choose PostNord. I have used budbee and airmee services for home delivery as well and never once had a problem or complain. PostNord on the other hand has messed up twice out of 4 times I chose them for home delivery. So no more PostNord ever. If a website has no other delivery option, I am not using that website.

Do not go anywhere near this company

Do not go anywhere near this company. Sent a parcel & was told 7 to 8 days for delivery, it's been nearly 2 months now & nothing. So like a normal person I got intouch with customer services, what a waste of time, just get the same lame answers. I paid for tracking, but was told by customer service that they actually can't track it. When I asked if they could contact who ever PostNord were using to deliver the parcel I was told they don't have the contact details. Now I'm no buisness man, but being able to contact vendors just seems like basic buisness 101 to me. I even tried to phone customer services & just had the phone, but down on me when I pushed that fact. Absolutely useless, but hey who wouldn't rather just have another cup of coffee then actually do the most basic bit of actual customer service. In the long run it's worth paying extra to use DHL, it costs more, but you actually the services you pay for.

Not very modern after all

Sad to say that Postnord still only handles their happy cases in a modern way.
Postnord seem to have missed how competitors, for instance, Instabox handles the exception cases and allows receivers full delivery cycle self service through their app.
Postnord still pretty much turns their back on customers who miss a pick up interval with a day. Disappointing.

PostNord lies to its customers

PostNord lies to its customers! Was waiting for a home delivery and at the time the package was supposed to be delivered, I get a message saying that they couldn’t deliver because the port was locked. The thing is, I live in a house and there’s no port to get through to access the front door. Also, I was home at the time when they claim to have attempted to deliver.

Just awful

First time they didn't send me sms, when the pack arrived at pick up point, the pack was returned, i lost 30 euro. Now my order arrived at custom on 21 of December, and i got the letter with invoice to pay Vat for it on 1st of January! And the pack of course was returned back to sender in china! I lost 270 euro thanks to Postnord! Horrible, awful service

Delivery of 14kg package 1km away

Postnord was scheduled to deliver a 14kg package to my home with a very wide 08-17h estimated arrival on a specific day. They arrived a day early without warning, tried to ring me once right when they were at the door. I missed their call, because the package wasn't expected on that day at all. I called their customer service and asked for a second delivery attempt on the day expected. Their customer service promised to call me back to schedule a free delivery, but that call did not happen. Then they did the exact opposite. My 14kg package landed 1km away. Now they expect me to bring it home by hand. This is not only bad service, but their customer service were straight lying to me. I think they just don't care much about their customers.

PostNord returned my bank card to the sender three times

We have moved to a new address a few months ago and I'd say we have received about 5% of our mail. They have not delivered things such as a university diploma from another country, a new bank card, and a bunch of parcels they simply don't feel like delivering so they just leave it at ICA, which means that I need to pay for a bus ticket to go and travel for half an hour one way to get it (on top of their overpriced "service").

I have just come off the phone with my bank, who have sent me a bank card for the third time (my old one has expired more than a month ago), this time recommended and to a postal office. Fingers crossed. I have contacted PostNord to try and sort out this issue, but have received nothing but intelligence-insulting replies.

I really don't know who to turn to and how to protect my rights. I guess I don't have any.

Poor service.

Every time I order home delivery, I receive a message stating that I need to pick up the package myself from a location 10km away from me. Each time, I have to contact the company and ask them to deliver the package, which ends up being delayed throughout the entire process. Every time, I leave a negative review for this. It's a shame that nothing ever changes.

Thieves and incompetent

Post nord is the worst delivery company to ever exist. If there was another option I would not use their services but if someone orders online the sellers use them because they don’t know how shitty this company is. They lose packets and give fake issues 😡 😡

PostNord Delivered Package to Wrong Address

I sent a package RR388869429TR to someone in Sweden from Turkey and they delivered my "valued" package to a completely different place ( a candy shop in Östervala.) When I sent this package from Turkey I wrote the receivers full "home" addresses post code and phone number. The package has been sitting at the wrong place for 5 days. I sent them several e-mails asking them to please deliver to the exact written address since I paid Custom charges and since the receiver is a "world-touring musician" but they claim that they can't and that the reciever should go and pick it up from said point. I have worked with many post offices worldwide however, this is the first time that I encounter such nonsense.

Avoid this service if at all possible

Any post from outside the EU in particular comes with a very big risk of issues - they will place customs fees on almost anything, often the incorrect amount and on things that shouldn't have fees. It appears the policy is apply the fees (PostNord gets to take an admin fee then) and then let the customer go through a whole lot of hassle to have them removed or adjusted (no doubt many do not bother as the process is drawnout).

Absolute nightmare

We were expecting an international parcel (for which we paid a lot of money) to be delivered to our apartment, but apparently the driver decided not to deliver it because they said they didn’t find our address. We always had our parcels delivered to our address successfully with other carriers other than PostNord, so we suspect the driver didn’t want to bother bringing the parcel to the 4th floor and therefore decided that the parcel should be returned to the home country. PostNord customer service has been absolutely useless and didn’t even bother to investigate into the issue. They just take for granted that you are wrong and they are right, they say ‘I’m sorry but…’ and then proceed to say the same thing over and over again. I moved from Italy to Sweden with the hope that services would work better here, but apparently I was wrong. Italian posts are better. Never in my life would I have thought I would say this.

Extremely disappointed with PostNord

Extremely disappointed with PostNord’s delivery service. Despite staying home the entire day, the delivery person falsely marked my package as ‘unable to reach recipient, door closed.’ No attempt was made to ring the doorbell or contact me. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of effort and professionalism. If PostNord advertises home delivery, the least they can do is actually attempt it. I expect better accountability and a resolution to this recurring issue. Otherwise I wish to see this company grounding!!

The best

I've never been let down by PostNord and I receive lots of parcels and have for many years. Today I had a wonderful experience with customer services that solved a problem that PostNord didn't have to solve, as it wasn't created by PostNord. But they fixed it all the same.

Very grateful indeed. :)

They do not warn people when packages…

They do not warn people when packages arrive and and they end up going back to sender without notice how stupid is this company as soon as we approche Christmas they take ages to arrive really the worst post office service worldwide 5 times we had problems with them and ended up losing packages worth more than 500 euros of gifts for kids that someone else is enjoying or reselling right now! Shame on them! Really not up to the so called "Swedish standards"...

Worthless and dishonest

Several times driver passes by my address takes a picture for documentation and leaves. Doesn't even try to call me through doorbell. I'll have then to wait until they deliver on service point and go pick up my package from there. Worst service company ever. Dishonest. I wish businesses stop using it so it goes bankrupt. Worthless!
