They said the attept of delivery was maid, which is a lie, since I was at home the whole time but noone arrived. I received a notice that the parcel may be picked up the next day after 4 PMfrom the local shop. The next morning I revceived a new notice, that my parcel can be picked up from the airport... WTF????

The worst of the worst. Horrible performance, difficult to order and a customer service that is bad, unprofessional and not nice. It is a disgrace and should close down quickly. Others are not good, but nobody is near this disaster company. I really wonder how staff feels at this company. I would be so ashamed to be even remotely associated with this company.
Very awful customer service
Very awful customer service. The AI chatbot in the app keeps refusing to answer my questions and their customer support is almost non-existant. They fail to deliver within their promised times and now im going to feel lucky if they deliver anything at all.

How much?!?! Returned a 10 page document from Kristianstad Sweden to Munich Germany A4 size letter signed. Wait for it charged 370.00KR wtf was it going to be hand delivered by the lass who took my money? Asked how much it cost signed to me from Munich and it was €9.50 in the UK last year same thing to Munich from Brexit land still cheaper at £11.00. So conversion rate at £30.70 how can you justify that you thieving xxxxxx disgusted with the service never using them again I’ll find other ways.

1. The app does not work (ie. I receive NO notifications)
2. The QR codes do not work (ie. They do NOT scan properly)
Time after time after time. The same issues.
(And to make it worse... PostNord DRIVE PAST MY HOUSE to deliver MILES AWAY. Why not just drop the post off AS YOU DRIVE PAST MY HOUSE????!)
Guaranteed lousy experience: Postnord
Whenever you can choose, don't choose Postnord. Useless customer service, lost packages, deliveries missing destination by 20km.
Poor quality services
Poor quality services, never on time, home deliveries are a disaster, frequent delivery delays, the website does not work properly, and when you file a complaint nobody gives a clear answer. The worst courier service. You are better off using alternative services.
Worst service i have ever experienced
Worst service i have ever experienced.
I have ordered expensive clothes several times and postnord has "lost" the package several times.
It was also missing one item once and the package was open!
Sometimes when I ordered home delivery, they didn't even deliver it home and delivered it elsewhere and told me to pick it up from there.
From now on I will try the best I can to avoid postnord and use other options if available and I highly recommend to everyone else to use other services instead of postnord.
Postnord refuses to take responsibility…
Postnord refuses to take responsibility for their own parcels. Customer service is rude and robotic. The chatbot has more empathy than the actual customer service agents. Postnord likes to blame senders for lost parcels, and the senders in turn blame Postnord. It’s just finger pointing at this point. We’ll see if the package I’m waiting for ever decides to show up, but I guess that depends on whether Postnord actually wants to take responsibility. Given my recent experiences, I think I already know the answer.
Sometimes good, sometimes not
1. Package arrives to Sweden on a Thursday
2. On Friday I get the option to book a delivery to a package box, fine. I book it for Monday.
3. On Monday, the delivery is expected "today". It's now the afternoon, no movement on the package. Expected delivery is still today.
4. I ask Customer Support for more specifics on the package location, they answer "You'll just have to wait.", without giving me any more information at all. They couldn't even confirm it was delayed, when it feels like it's a very simple thing to check up on.
5. The package is strangely enough arriving in the evening to my city and delivered at 18. Did not expect that, but thanks!

They claimed they couldn't find my entrance and didn't even call. Now my parcel is stuck at a collection point that's miles away. Their app is fancy, but the actual delivery service is consistently failing
Lost package
I wanted to return a package that I ordered which was worth around 60€+shipping costs. My package got lost (or at least I think it got lost?) and when I asked Postnord about it they said it‘s not trackable and they can‘t do anything and then after about 10 emails they agreed on refunding the shipping costs, but then I never heard back and didn‘t receive any money back. Very weird way to treat your customers!
Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. Although all the details were clearly visible in the app, the parcel was marked as “recipient unknown” and returned without any real attempt to clarify the address or contact me. A simple issue could have been resolved easily, but instead it resulted in unnecessary delay and inconvenience. This level of inattention is hard to understand from a delivery company.
