The absolute worst delivery service

The absolute worst delivery service. Postnord claims that the “delivery is not possible.” They did not attempt to contact me whatsoever (and I was also home all day). Customer service was also helpless and could not provide useful information. They told me to wait a few days to be contacted- such unprofessionals who don’t know how to do their own jobs properly. All these problems could’ve been avoided if they had tried to contact me. Though, honestly, I don’t think they even came to my front doors at all because literally a minute after “the item is loaded,” it says delivery is impossible. Like how??? Such thoughtless carrier service. Wouldn’t recommend!

Customer service at PostNord is horrendous

PostNord marked my package as delivered, but I never received it.

The courier left the package unsecured outside a stranger’s apartment door in the wrong building. When I contacted customer service, I was given conflicting information and told to search multiple 17-story buildings myself. After hours of searching, the package was not found.

PostNord later confirmed the delivery was incorrect and suggested that the person living there may have taken it, yet refused responsibility.

Leaving packages unattended at the wrong address and then blaming the customer is unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism.

Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could! They are hopeless if they fail to deliver on the intial date. Just gets forgotten about in a corner somewhere even if you try to chase them up, will avoid them from now on.

Postnord is the worst! Simplethen shxx

A package from Germany was sent to us. Postnord gave me a notice to pick up and the package was not at the shop. I went back to the shop for 2 weeks to check if it had fallen or misplaced. Nope. We called and asked about this and was told it was NOT postnord problem and we should go back to the original sender and have them file a complaint in Germany? Why ? Postnord gave me a paper to pick up. Postnord handled the package. Postnord lost it. Postnord is crap. Prices are crap. The worst of customer service and not taking responsibility.

9th Jan PostNord receive my item

9th Jan PostNord receive my item, 12th Jan PostNord informs me item will arrive 13th January between 17:00 and 22:00 ...its now the 16th January no parcel showed up . App still claims will be delivered January 13th between 17:00 and 22:00. customer service non existent. Chat bot no live agents available.

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery. I had to use PostNord 3 times and all of them were painful experiences. Delayed delivery, no update, poor customer service, and even the chat option in the app doesn't work. If anyone has to use this company, make sure that you account for weeks of delay.

Even customer support is bad

Everytime my package end up in Postnord Tullinge for home delivery, they just mark it cannot be delivered without even trying. Im home and I know that no PostNord pass by my house.

I chat with the customer support MN and MW, they are very rude and ended the chat after they answered.

Many times They don't want to deliver…

Many times They don't want to deliver its like playing lotto sometimes you win sometimes you lose.But the lying are just to much ,You where not home???? Tok off all day and just waited ?? now I paid extra 199kr for new 20000 kr apple computer He took off I was running after him but he was to fast Ps paying Moore don't help at all .They do not giving money back I think its a scam .

Horrible service

Horrible service, my parcel was not delivered (home delivery), no one contacted me so I was waiting 16-22. They contacted me two days later and asked to set a new delivery date, none of them worked for me anymore but they refused to adjust the time for me to make it 18-22. After they asked if I want to “attempt a delivery” and if I’m not home they will send it to a different location and I need to pay extra for another “attempt”. Not once they apologised for their delay, or explained why it was not delivered in the first place. Do not recommend.

Bye Bye Parcel

My parcel have been stuck somewhere in Malmö, since 17/12-2025..
It got delivered to the parcel box in Lund, (that i DIDN'T ask for! since i cannot get my parcels out from them. i ordrered a Home delivery.)
I re-ordret a delivery to a pick-up point (also in Lund)
For some reason, PostNord decides to take it back to Malmö (to get sortet? again?)
Instead of just driving it the 400 meters to the new pick up point.. and it is just stuck there now..

The most unreliable company in Sweden

PostNord has repeatedly been unreliable in delivering packages. They also seem to make blatnat falsehoods (we tried to deliver the package but could not, even though I was home all day). Other times they say they will send it to a postbox, but then say the postbox is full. I'm leaving the country soon, and I haven't received my package, which should have arrived today. Tomorrow, PostNord Pop-up Karlv 102 is closed, and I believe Tuesday is a holiday. So, if the package doesn't arrive on Monday, I won't be able to pick it up. I paid close to 800 skr and wonder if I will get my money back--I doubt it since it is food from Rawfoodshop.se. My recommendation is, if possible, do not use PostNord.

Travel plans cancelled

OMG, I don't even know how to describe this company. Always late, changing place of deliveries, changing delivery time.

I had a package for my travel, I chose a delivery time and place in the app before few days. Now at the last minute of the delivery time, they say delivery date is changed. And guess what, it is postponed for 3-5 days. No reason given. Chat function useless, not sure why there is even a customer service for doing nothing.

I mean seriously is this how they do bussines????

Very bad company

Very bad company. Usually calls you 10 minutes before delivery expecting you to be at home non-stop during working hours. And then you can get your packet days later at a delivery point.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PostNord seemingly lost a parcel and refuses to take accountability for it. Not the first time this has happened, I must say, so enjoy the whole venting!

Two parcels were sent from the US on November 23rd. One of them arrived 2 weeks after postage, the other one has gone cold since December 3rd. The USPS tracker mentions that the parcel was first sent to Zurich and then to Arlanda, but Postnord's doesn't mention anything of that sort. So when I emailed to ask for an update, hoping it was some kinda of technical issue, they said the parcel never left the US, and when I sent evidence that is not the truth at all, they told me to contact USPS. Guess what USPS says... THE PARCEL IS NOT IN THE USA!!!!!!!!! BECAUSE IT IS A FACT IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

Another one! Years ago, they destroyed another parcel my family from Portugal sent with Christmas gifts. Do you know what happened? All the candy was open, the box completely destroyed, and instead of owning it by putting some kind of apology note, they had the audacity to cross my freaking address and say that I DID NOT LIVE THERE! Imagine my family's face when they got a ghost of a cartonbox returned!!!

And the best one? PostNord lost a Student Finance from the UK letter of mine not once, but twice! You bet that when it happened the second time, I did not let it slide, as the first instance resulted in adding £8000 IN FREAKING DEBT!!!!!!!!!!!

Y'all should be sent to freaking court because this is disgusting behavour that you keep getting away with. I'd not be shocked if Kronofogden would knock on my door one day because you lost a bill or something.

I sent a parcel from Ireland on the…

I sent a parcel from Ireland on the 28/11/25 and as of today it still hasn’t arrived.
An Post (Ireland postal service) says it is in Sweden .. Sweden says it isn’t! Who’s telling the truth?
Ireland shows it’s still being sent.. Yet in response to the review I left.. they now say it has left and are waiting for Post Nord to scan it in.
So PostNord have you left it in a cage and simply forgot to scan it in where is it? Has someone taken it?
When I emailed you .. you simply said “It’s not here” Bye! I phoned and it was the same story not here bye!
Totally useless contacting PostNord like all the parcels I’ve sent before they usually sit in Malmo for 3 weeks before they get round to sorting them.
PostNord are so unprofessional this is totally frustrating for me and they have ruined my Grandchildren’s Xmas.

Huge disappointment

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Waited for the parcel from my son in the UK. PostNord managed to sent the parcel to the wrong place, to keep it there for two weeks and then to send it back to the UK. They didn’t even try to deliver it despite me contacting them several times on the chat (which is a complete joke, just random useless guys suggesting to wait a little bit). After 7 days wrote the email, the claim and contacted them by phone after staying in the queue as number 197 and just imagine, after all their assurances that I’m gonna get the parcel from my son in 2 or 3 days, PostNord simply sends it back to the UK. I don’t know what kind of customer service is this. Listen, you have just one job to do - deliver it to the customer. Sending back the parcel to the sender without any attempt to deliver it to the recipient despite his calls, emails and btw the right address on the package, is the probably the worst example of negligence. You are disgrace, no apologies accepted. The claim number is 50366159

Postnord is the realife Grinch!

Was sent a payment demand from Postnord for 175kr for a Christmas gift sent from the UK for my son. Package is clearly marked as a low value gift but includes some chocolate bars - Postnord are therefore charging a deklarationsavgift although there is no info about this issue with chocolate from the Tull website.

I spoke to the Tullverket who could not explain the charge but do say that there is a huge rise in complaints about these charges from Postnord who are obviously trying to make some extra cash out of Christmas. Tullverket do say you CAN declare the package yourself but you'll need to go to an office and there is no guarantee PN won't try to charge you anyway to deliver it afterwards, even though they've been paid for that part already.

So, as a customer, you really don't have an option and that's how this company gets away with it.
Apparently, if youre looking to complain - the Post och Telestyrelsen is your best bet

PostNord never delivers home-delivery…

PostNord never delivers home-delivery shipments on time. They also never stick to the updated delivery dates. I have been staying at home for two days waiting, and the package still hasn’t been delivered.

I contact customer service, but they don’t even bother to respond or acknowledge the issue. The same thing happens every time. Neither the customer service nor the courier company does their job properly
