Had to make THREE claims last year for one of our naughty cats that kept picking fights with the neighbours cat. Unfortunately had to rehome him.
Post office insurance paid out each time, no hassle. And quickly.
Would definitely recommend. Other cats policy is due for renewal soon, will see on the quote, but would like to stay with Post office.

I submitted a claim and basically did the enquiries myself. Enquiry officers would send the same email a week apart to my vet chasing information without checking they were actually receiving the email and then they would threaten to close the claim. I then had the hassle of ringing my vet practise to be told they hadn’t received any request. After contacting the insurance they resent the request and the information was received. They then moved onto my dogs previous vet and it was the same again. I was on the verge of submitting a complaint, due to their inability or resistance to try and problem solve when receiving no response from their request. Not a great service when I had to conduct the enquiries myself!

The online procedure for starting a claim was very simple and the information required was minimal.
Post Office Pet insurance contacted my vet directly for the details of Holly's condition and kept me updated regularly by email.
The process could not have been easier and the claim was paid in full into my account within 3weeks despite it being Christmas!

Had to make an unexpected claim for my 11 month old kitten. Vet gave him swift treatment, he made a full recovery in 6 days and the claim was paid in full within the same time. Pleasure to deal with. Incredibly easy and reassuring.

All done online, plenty of written advice, signed up in less than 20 minutes - the proof will be in the eating when it comes to pay out! So far so good.

A simple on-line form completed and the Post Office Pet Insurance made direct contact with the vet without any further involvement from me. Claim was settled within weeks. Very happy.

Took my money for 10 months and then, when I submitted a claim, started asking important questions in order to find a way out of paying. These should have been asked at the beginning, if they were important, before they took my money and I consider it borderline fraud. They took a month, from the original incident, to pay up so don't believe the 98% 5 day pay out statement.

I was surprised at how straight forward it was to make an insurance claim with the post office at such a distressing time my puppy needed so much care and medical attention
The communication was great and after paying for all the medical bills I received my insurance payment very quickly
Highly recommend the post office pet insurance

Claim for my dog's trea tent was made by my vet after I gave them my Post. Office pet policy number. I paid the bill at the time but soon got an email from Post Office Pet Insurance to say they were crediting my bank account with the sum minus my agreed condition excess. I had to do nothing to chase up. Very pleased.

The initial screen indicated a free £35 pet box. However it was not easy or clear to enter the code. To get this offer.

Our puppy broke his front right leg which was very distressing for him and all the family. The insurance responded very promptly and kept us informed all along the way. The vets completed all the paperwork and there was no query from the post office.

Our experience with Post Office has been absolutely fantastic since the start. We’ve been with them for a few years now. Unfortunately, recently we had to make a big claim for our poorly dog. They’ve paid out instantly with no questions asked. With what has been the most stressful and extremely upsetting time, they have made us feel at ease when it’s come to the finance side of things. There’s been no hassle at all (which is very unusual for a pet insurance company - we have experienced this with our previous dog and another insurance company).
We’ve recommended Post Office to our family and friends as they have been the best.
We’ve renewed our policy with them again for next year and will continue to do so throughout the remaining years of our dog’s life.
If you are thinking of a pet insurance company - Post Office is the one! We also highly recommend everyone has pet insurance as you honestly never know when something bad might happen.
Thank you so so much once again!

I have always trusted the Post Office with my House Insurance so I was pleased to see they did Pet Insurance. It was so quick and easy to get it online & was a good deal for two cats 🐈.
