I have emailed about returning the item as the bracelet is too small. I have received a response letting me send back with a refund. The larger size I ordered is beautiful and lovely quality.

Beautiful necklace.. extremely happy with the service

Got my baby girls name done. Absolutely love it! Wonder gift to myself, and when she’s older lashes can have it.

I placed a order for a personalised bracelet on the 18th of November and delivery was estimated between the 21st-23rd of November.

As I still hadn't received the item on the 24th I sent Potiega an email asking where abouts the order was and I received an email stating that they were unable to do what I had requested saying that I could only add 1 personalised name to the bracelet rather than 3.

Why even have the option to add what names you want personalised when creating your item? And also I find it shocking that Potiega didn't even have the decency to write an email saying that they couldn't do it I had to ask where the item was. If I wouldn't have enquired they'd have just taken the payment and not even got in touch!

AVOID

The necklace I ordered is beautiful, lovely and dainty looking. The customer service has really let the whole experience down though. I received my order with the pink gift pouch and this arrived dirty and with a black mark on. As the necklace is a 40th birthday gift, I have tried contacting Potiega's customer service team on 2 occasions to resolve this issue but I haven't received a response to date. It seems the after sales service is non-existent and for this reason, I wouldn't recommend.

Try to get the correct address even when I e mailed you with the correct address as you requested and still no order arrived,very poor service

The gift arrived earlier than expected so I was pleased. The quality of the jewellery, though I have not physically seen it my self, appears as shown on the website. The two points that didn't make this review a 5 is as follows: 1 Even though it was sent as a gift, Information about gift box pricing was included. 2 There was no detailed card explaining the birthstones, or what the infinity symbol represents. I had to explain it myself. Both these points lessen Brand Image and service delivery.
