ABSOLUTELY FUMING WITH THE IGNORANCE FROM THIS COMPANY IVE PLACED 2 ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY THIS MONTH ONE ON THE 1ST OF DECEMBER THEN ANOTHER ON THE 4TH OF DECEMBER THE ONE PLACED ON THE 4TH ARRIVED WITHIN 4 DAYS THE BIGGEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE ORDER STILL ISNT EVEN PACKED AND SHIPPED ! THIS IS FULL OF STOCKING FILLERS IVE SEND 5 EMAILS NOW TO GET NOT ONE RESPONSE AND IVE EVEN MESSAGED THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE ! I SUFFER WITH MENTAL HEALTH ANd anxiety. I CANNOT GO IN CROWDS AND VEEY BUSY PUBLIC PLACES HENCE WHY ORDERED WELL IN TIME AND NOTHING ! I EXPECT A RESPONSE AFTER IVE DONE THIS AS MOST COMPANIES START REPLYING ONCE THEY SEE A NEGATIVE TRUST PILOT REVIEW !

Placed an order in 20th November, kids stocking fillers. We are now on the 20th December and not dispatched. Terrible customer service - can’t get in touch via phone or email etc.

Terrible, can’t get through to anyone, been 3 weeks since ordered and can’t even get a refund!! Avoid!

Ordered on 15th november, no tracking, taken my money and no one responding from customer service. Out of pocket, no stocking fillers for xmas now after being ignored. Used this site multiple times. NEVER AGAIN!!

Made an order on the 21st November and still have not received the order. Customer service is disgusting. Just generic emails. I've asked to cancel three times and nothing. They've let me order and kept my money. Scam company, avoid.

Would be no stars if that was an option. Ordered at the beginning of November for stocking presents for kids. Still never heard nothing or recieved any commication. Stay well away and avoid at all costs!!! Can still send emails for offers to order but can't fulfil ones they already had in. Blamed warehouse but think just a way to fob people off. Not fair people now left out of pocket and have to find a way to pay for more items elsewhere 🤬

Ordered on 22nd of OCTOBER still no order received and can’t even speak to an actual human in regards to this. Hasn’t been dispatched & these were items bought for Christmas. Absolutely disgusted as they’re quite happy to take your money. Never once was it stated on their website about delays or being unable to fulfill orders. So angry

Do not order from them took months to get my order and when it turned up half of it is missing

Thanks for not providing my kids with there stocking fillers!!!!

Shocking customer services

Ordered on 3/12, email received saying could be 10 days, no further updates and 2 weeks later still nothing. Never will order from here again, very dissatisfied.

Do not order with this company!
Once you place an order you get confronted of the order but no communication after this!
There is a number to call, and email and yet they reply to nothing.
No matter if you think this won’t happen to you and is cheap, it is not worth ordering from this “company”
I will be reporting to trading standards because this company is a scam, conning customers into buying goods from them when they have no interest of fulfilling any orders.
If you look on a Twitter you will find many others have had issues.
My Christmas stockings will be ruined because of this. Very disappointing

The worst thing in all this is I’ve been using them for years, they have got too big and it’s ended in missing orders and unhappy customers such a shame I ordered on the 22/11 anyone else in the same situation you won’t receive your orders no communication really sad they feel this is the way to treat loyal customers awaiting refund!

Made an order on the 17th of November and as ive just read the same thing has happend to me. My order still hasn't arrived and can't get hold of anyone for a refund. I ordered from here last year and was great this year is completely different. Not happy at all and very disappointed. Won't be shopping here again.

Same as everyone else, order placed 28th nov & still no items have arrived. Again like most, these are stocking fillers so I am now in a very difficult situation by not having the money to get alternative stocking fillers & having no stocking fillers!

Do not use this company… as with the other reviews, they have taken my money. Not sent my order. Now cancelled with no refund! Now I’m left panicking to try and find some cheap sticking fillers! Absolute joke of a company!

Placed order on 18/10/2022 and have now waited 2 months and nothing. Was advised by their online chat feature that my order will arrive by end of November, chased again beginning of December and told my order will be with me before the weekend of 10th December. Still nothing and only a few days left until Christmas. No tracking information or updates on parcel whereabouts.

I'm really frustrated with this company.
I ordered on 15th November, not received my order and cannot get a refund.
The goods ordered are specifically for Christmas and no good to me if not delivered in time.
I have tried to contact them to ask if my order cannot be sent out then to process a refund. All I get in return is an automated response about moving property and not sending out order made after 12th December.
There was nothing noted on their website about not fulfilling orders when they took my money!
I am now looking into contacting trading standards, this is appaling.

Same as everyone else! Placed order on 20th November and had nothing. The worst part is that i have moved house this week, so i have tried contacting them asking if my order can be sent to my new address but getting no replies. I have tried emails, live chat, phoning (the number doesnt even connect!) It is such a shame as i have used this company on numerous occaisions with no issues. I think i will have to go to my bank to try and raise a dispute.

I've ordered from pountoy for many years now and they have always been reliable, affordable and fantastic service.

I empathise with the trouble they're clearly going through right now (I ordered 25/11 and yet to be dispatched) I really hope the stocking fillers I ordered for my 3 children arrive in time as I, like many, can't afford to replace at this stage.

There's lots of anger here and I'd like to think poundtoy are doing their best with limited choice in the process. I'll keep reminding myself of the many positive experiences I've had and hope others can too ❤️

So incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with how this company are currently treating their customers. I've always used them for Christmas stocking fillers and this year ordered on the 21st November and ...... nothing...no items, no communication and I've now got to find alternative sticking gifts, after Poundtoy quite happily took my money. Let's hope someone in the company actually reads these reviews and does something about it, and quickly.
