I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. My last two orders were sent to the wrong address, even though my correct address is clearly saved and confirmed at checkout. Instead of taking responsibility, customer service told me to go retrieve the parcels myself from that incorrect address — a place I haven’t lived in for years and where I cannot go for personal reasons.

Despite explaining this clearly, the company has not offered a refund or a replacement. Their handling of the issue has been unhelpful and dismissive, and the burden has been placed entirely on me to resolve a mistake that was clearly theirs.

I’ve been a customer for a long time, but after this experience and the lack of accountability, I can’t recommend this company. I will be taking the matter further with my bank and consumer protection services.

Excellent customer service and fast resolution

I ordered the Sydney Double Strap Underwired Swimsuit from Pour Moi and, unfortunately, the item arrived with a small manufacturing fault on the bra seam. I contacted their customer service with photos, and they responded incredibly quickly.

Sam from the team arranged a replacement straight away. The whole process was very easy, friendly and stress-free, and I felt properly listened to and looked after as a customer.

Mistakes can happen with any brand, but how a company deals with them says everything. Pour Moi turned a disappointing situation into a very positive experience, and I’ll be happy to order from them again.

I am delighted with the quality and style of swimwear I bought. I will certainly buy from Pour Moi again. Sam, in their customer service team, was extremely helpful with a query I had. It was great to speak to a real person on the phone in this country and not a bot.

Had an issue with my account that was tricky to resolve, but rather than just file and forget my query, the customer services agent (Sam) actively sought advice from a colleague. I thought it was going to be just 'one of those things' that couldn't be fixed but Sam emailed me unexpectedly to say that there was a technical glitch that had now been fixed that she hadn't been aware of in her initial response. So problem solved after all thanks to a bit of perseverance from Sam when others might have just moved on to the next query.

Have used Pour Moi without issue for a few years, but unfortunately this week I did need to contact customer service about a recent purchase. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Sam; the response was quick, friendly, efficient and fair, and has left me really reassured about using the company again. And on a personal level having such an easy customer service experience was such a pleasant surprise on an otherwise pretty bad day it cheered me up! Thank you Sam.

I had a minor issue with some bikini bottoms and contacted customer services who responded very quickly and have sent a replacement. I'm very grateful and impressed. Thank you Sam. 😊

I am a very good and retuning customer to Pour Moir specifically for my holiday bikinis. Today I raised a quality issue I had with the bikini bottoms worn for the first time. Within an hour I had a response and a highly positive resolution to my issue.,I couldn’t rate the customer service more highly!! Thank you Sam x

Soo impressed with this companies customer service. After being let down by Royal Mail holding my parcel from Pour Moi and it being stuck in their system Pour Moi responded straight away to my delivery problem and got in touch with Royal Mail and the parcel came the next day. Just wonderful customer service, 1st class. This order was a present for someone else and I’ve never shopped here before however I will now be looking to shop here and support this company in future.

Really responsive customer service! My query was responded to almost immediately on two occasions. Hilary was the customer service advisor and she had a really friendly manner. Both my queries were dealt with to my satisfaction.

Great customer service and very comfortable bras!

I currently have cancer and it causes a lot of discomfort and swelling in my upper abdomen so have been searching high and low for a bra that feels comfortable. This is amazing and so comfortable! It's the only bra I have found (and thank goodness I've found it as I've tried loads) that is truly comfortable. As a larger boosm'd lady I can't get away with not wearing a bra so going out filled me with dread as I needed to wear a bra and knew I'd feel uncomfortable the whole time I was out 😞 I wore this bra out yesterday and I was so incredibly comfortable. Don't expect a huge lift or shape but if you're looking for comfort and your boobs not being on the floor then this is the one! Highly recommended 😁

Poor sizing
Ordered an item in 3 different colours. Navy secret support chemise in size 10... all good.
So went ahead ordered 2 more (Berry and black) both COMPLETELY different cup sizing
Couldn't be bothered with hassle of returns so altered my self.
Sizing ranged from C cup to DD in size 10

Really great experience. Purchased so far twice. Really fast returns process too. Always kept updated. When I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond too. The quality is amazing on both lingerie and nightwear. Really recommend thank you.

Having purchased several underwear sets from Pour Moi recently and found the quality excellent, I purchased a swim suit. As usual, the fit and style is top notch. The garment developed a small tear on first wear. I was initially apprehensive that a return would be problematic but that was completely unnecessary. Sam responded the same morning and arranged for a replacement to be sent out directly. It is lovely when the customer service is as great as the products. Top job Sam and thank you Pour Moi.

Not only do I love this brand, but their customer service is truly exceptional. From placing my order to receiving the goods quickly and then enjoying the product — the entire process was flawless.

For me, the real test of any consumer experience is how a company handles things when something goes wrong. Sam at Pour Moi responded promptly, professionally, and resolved my issue swiftly. This gave me complete confidence in the brand.

After managing to send these guys back the wrong bras from another supplier, they were so helpful in getting it back to me, especially Sam and Hilary in customer services. The bras may not have fit but so impressed with the help I was given to assist me with my own error. Thank you both ☺️

I have only recently been ordering from Pour Moi and every Item that I Have ordered has been gorgeous and of the best quality. So many lovely styles and colours to chose from. Delivery of good has been quick and sending returns back is easy. Hillary in Sales/Customer service has been fab, with great communication when I need to contact them for support . Can highly recommend 5 Stars

Had a problem with 2 bras which I brought over a month ago. I contacted customer support and Sam was absolutely fantastic.
My issue was resolved quickly and with a very satisfactory solution.
