Beautiful lingerie but the customer service is personal. They respond and always find a solution!!

I recently got labels confused when returning items to Pour Moi and Boden.
I sent a Boden dress back to Pour Moi in error. The customer service team, specifically Sam and Hilary, were incredibly helpful and managed to retrieve my dress for me and helped me arrange to have it collected. When the collection went wrong they still managed to get the dress back to me and I’m incredibly grateful that they went out of their way to help me rectify my mistake.
Great customer service teams really make a business successful, and this is definitely a great customer service team. Thanks so much!

Loved the swimwear and the customer service was just as good!

After I had mixed up a returned order meant for another retailer (and sent the parcel to pour moi instead of back to the original brand!) they were quick to get in touch to let me know my mistake and help to correct.

Instead of leaving me to wonder where my return had gone and just disregarding the incorrect post (which they fairly could have done) they've been endlessly supportive in trying to get the parcel back to me.
Sam and Hillary in particular have been especially helpful- really gone out of their way to help, and it's been much appreciated!

Through this, I'll definitely order more things from Pourmoi in future!

I was really impressed with Pour Moi. Although the swimsuit is stunning I had sadly to request a return as there was an inner layer which made it too tight. Such a shame as it was stunning. However how the company dealt with my request was truly impressive. Without any fuss they issued an immediate refund and allowed me to keep the swimsuit as compensation. After a few purchases from Pour Moi, which have all been good, I had a small problem with my last one. After sending an email I received a reply the next day & the issue was resolved by them sending me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

The bras are great, but out of twelve pairs of pants, about half have had to be replaced because they fall apart and the others have the stitching and embroidery unravelling. I’ve gone beyond thinking it’s the odd pair now, to deciding the quality is inferior. I can’t complain about the bras, they’re great but it is pointless spending out on matching sets if half the set is badly made, so I’ve wasted a lot of money on six sets…. I always wash bras and pants separately in net bags on a silk wash.

I contacted Pourmoi regarding an issue with a swimsuit I’d bought for my wife. One phone call and one email later and they had replied with a replacement swimsuit to be sent out the next day. I can’t praise their customer service highly enough. Everything sorted out within a couple of hours. Other companies should take note, great customer service equals repeat business, I’ll definitely be back for more purchases in the future 😀👍
