Reply from Power Spares
Dear Tim,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sincerely sorry for the frustration caused by the lack of detailed parts diagrams, as well as the limited options for sourcing spares for your brand. We completely understand how inconvenient and restrictive it feels when trying to repair your equipment under those circumstances, and we are sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down.
While manufacturer exclusivity and available technical documentation are often set directly by the brand, we always aim to support our customers as best we can. If you ever need help identifying a specific part or finding the right components in the future, our support team is always available to assist you directly.
Kind regards,
Rukshal

Dear David,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustrating experience you have had.
We are deeply sorry for the mix-up with your initial parcel, the confusion surrounding the tracking updates, and the lack of communication from our team since. We understand how concerning it is to have an email disappear and be left waiting for your purchase without clear updates.
Your feeback has been shared with the team to prevent situations like this from reoccuring.
We remain yours for any other assistance you may need.
Kind Regards
