Good
Good. Two problems: 1) these need replacing in pairs (I should have spotted this was just one) 2) the blade is small but the package was too big for a letterbox

Dear Robert,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review and feedback. We are glad to hear that you were pleased with the product overall.
We note your comments regarding the quantity needed and will review our product descriptions to ensure it is clearer when items are best replaced in pairs. Regarding the packaging, we appreciate your point about letterbox sizing—we use standard protective packaging to ensure parts arrive safely and undamaged, but we will certainly pass your feedback along to our dispatch team to see if smaller packaging options can be used where appropriate.
We truly appreciate your custom and hope to assist you again in the future.
Best wishes,

Original delivery didn't happen so I complained. Thereafter no arguing, they were quick, good communication, agreed a different delivery company and the part arrived when they said it would. Will use them again.
