Bad feeling after buying
I went to power 3 or 4 times and I bought different things but each time I promise my self to not go there any more, the staff there are not helpful, they don't know much about products and even they don't try to help. I usually don't have any problem with the prices but every time that I buy something from them I have a bad feeling for a week because I feel I didn't get any value, once I asked the staff to please give me a paper receipt and he answered where are you from, I answered and he said so that's why you need a paper receipt. (Actually I feel really really bad after that)

Super LG TV, Super Service From Power!
I was looking to buy a TV for a while. So for the past 1 month I was doing research on websites and convinced myself to buy a Samsung QLED TV. I always wanted to Buy from Power. So, I went there and was looking to buy Samsung First. But after looking at the display and picture quality, I started liking LG more. The Salespersons of Power are super supportive and they have very good knowledge about what they are selling. They also convinced me to buy the LG. Finally I bought LG 55" QNED87A! That was recommended by them. Super picture quality! I simply love it. They tried to give me as much discount as possible. Also with CBB subscription I got more discount! Hopefully the TV will serve me well.
Special thanks to Tobias - The super salesman from Friedrisksberg Branch! Highly appreciate his behavior and service. He is the one from whom I finally bought the TV.
Also would love to mention Mathias J from Rodovre Centrum branch - He is the one who initially convinced me to buy LG.

Unacceptable service- Left without a network due to their incompetence
I am writing this review out of extreme frustration and to warn others about the complete lack of customer care and operational competence at Power.
My ordeal began with a purchase of a Bluetooth headset bundled with a mobile subscription from Lyca, which was to be transferred to Telmore. From the very start, support was non-existent. I received no guidance on the subscription transfer process, and my attempts to get help seemed to go into a void.
The critical failure happened with the transition date. I clearly requested that the service be activated on January 20. Despite this, Power, without any confirmation or warning, decided to activate it on January 5. This premature activation has left me in an impossible situation: my old service was disconnected, and the new one is not functioning as it should. I am now completely out of network, without any mobile service.
This is not just a minor mistake; it's a severe disruption to my daily life, affecting work, family contact, and basic convenience. To be left without a mobile network due to a company's sheer negligence is utterly unacceptable.
Power's actions show a blatant disregard for customer instructions and a complete failure in basic communication and process management. I am now stuck resolving a problem they created, wasting my time and causing significant stress.
I strongly advise anyone considering Power to be wary. If they cannot handle a simple date request correctly, you cannot trust them with more important services. Terrible experience.

I have very negative experience with the shop. On the black Friday 2025 I bought a new phone. I did not ask for extra services and I did not get a printed receipt. To my surprise one month later I discovered that the shop is withdrawing 237 dkk from my bank account. By checking my emails and translating it from danish which is not my language and not supposed to be as I stopped in Dk temporarily - they subscribed me fir 2 insurances! —family support and protection from theft. Taking into account that I do not have a family and do not live (I got a phone as a last gift to myself before permanently leaving Dk and returning to my home country) in Dk I definetly did not agree for these! By contacting the shop customer support online they declared that I have to go to the shop to discuss the situation and they will not do anything. So i have to Apply to visa and get a flight to Dk to solve this inappropriate shit?! I am still in touch with the customer service and the problem is not solved. Every day the shop is making attempts to withdraw money for these fake monthly subscribtions. I am planning to raise official complaints as I have all the proof. This experience us officially the worse customer experience I have ever had.

I saw a certain product displayed in the power.dk shop in Frederiksberg. Later that day I returned there just to elucidate that the fact that they had it on the display didn't mean that I could buy it there. Why would you display something you cannot sell?

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had to wait in one line fpr 15mins just to find out that there they do not deliver orders even though there were no signs.
Then waited another 5min in another line then to be told that me order has not arrived even when I clearly showed the message I received that my order is ready for a pick up. The staff was completely not customer-friendly.
I was told that I need to wait again for some other message. Then at last, the next day I received an email that my order was delivered to me. Unbelievable...

Expect the worst customer service
I always expect the worst customer service when I go to any Power location. And this time also lived up to those expectations. Staff not present to help, and when you did find someone, you were fed the “This isn’t my area” line, and they were gone before you could ask if they could find someone for you (heaven forbid they offer that before even being asked). When you do manage to have more than a one sentence conversation, they’re dismissive, unhelpful, and full of excuses - to the point that you apologize to them because you feel as if you’ve inconvenienced them.
Two stars (and not just one) because they had the cheapest price of the item I wanted.

Absolutely the worst experience you can…
Absolutely the worst experience you can get as a customer. I had a product that had stop working as intended. I hand it in within the warranty. To do that the force you to sign a document saying if it is not a part of the warranty they can charge you telling you that it never happens that you get charged the fee. They then claimed that due to a bit of dirt of the product and normal use it is not cover within the warranty and they charge you a fee. This product was not damaged in a way that could course the issue with the product in NO SHAPE OR FORM! They just look for an excuse to charge you a fee. I CAN NOT recommend buying ANY kind of products from POWER. Totally scam.
