Great helpful associate who pointed out…

Great helpful associate who pointed out the 50% discount for my purchase if I changed mobile operators and then compared what I have now with Telia to Telenor. He even said to come back for help with putting in the new sms because I told him I didn't know how. Was very nice guy.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, the last few times that l have visited your store the staff that l have spoken to have had very poor product knowledge, and have seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Very sad.
