Good service and helpful staff.
Order arrived promptly and the trade in trolley was collected next day. The new NX trolley seems an improvement on the old model but the heated mitt is only mildly warm - disappointed.

My previous powerbug is still going…
My previous powerbug is still going strong after 16 years of use but was time to upgrade. The new NX is well designed and quality second to none. Not sure I will get another 16.years use but I am sure if I need support the company will respond quickly. My opinion is the trolley and customer service is far superior to the big 2 competitors.

Excellent company
I needed to replace my Powerbug electric trolley and got great info from the website. I contacted Jimmy at Powerbug and he answered my questions by return, delighted that I was able to get a super trade in price for my old Powerbug. Great Bag Great Price. Waterproof bags this good at the bargain price do not come up on offer often I am very happy with the bag, all its zip pockets, and the club separation is just great. The club separation is not tubes but strong plastic material.
