Team Ryan and Titus were fantastic in keeping me posted on my little Shih Tzu Princess. From Ohio to Santa Rosa,Ca was quite an adventure for her. She was ready to investigate her new home. Ryan took our first picture! Plus updated me on her feeding and potty routine. Great transportation service!!

Both Clinton and Austin seemed very vested in my puppy! They were kind and provided as much information as they knew!
Two things unrelated to them however is that my puppy have a funky order, not sure if that was related to travel and the fact there were many dogs in the transport. Also, my dog had a tick which thankfully I was able to fully extract the next day! I’ve informed Puppyspot of this issue! No blame being place but I was disappointed to find a tick on my puppy.

Clinton and Austin were terrific! They took the time to talk to me about my puppy Asher. Very supportive and patient. Thank you for your kindness and expertise!

Titus and Ryan were absolutely wonderful when dropping off our new dog, Charlee. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly gentle, kind, and thorough. They took the time to make sure Charlee was comfortable and settled, and their calm, caring approach made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. We’re so grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

All went well. Texted updates and was a smooth process from start to finish. Very dog friendly people. Professional. Thank you again

David and Dallas were awesome. Friendly and made the delivery of our new puppy seamless.

Dallas and David were excellent. They communicated consistently with me as they traveled from Ohio to South Florida, arrived ahead of schedule which was excellent timing for me and handed me a very calm,clean and happy puppy!

Everything went smooth. Delivery was as predicted. Very Reasonable rate. Dog was clean & happy. Tom & Sebastian were friendly & professional.

The drivers Clinton and Austin who brought Hurley to us were very friendly and kept us informed of times and the schedule for delivery. Excellent pet transport company. Hurley was very excited of course and had lots of energy after his long trip. Took 3 hours for his first nap to happen! In love already!!

Nathan M & Micheal are great drivers. Much appreciated for keeping our pup healthy & taking into consideration his food. They saw my pup wasn’t eating as much as they’d like him too so they supplemented wet food on the way too. The hand off was excellent, concise information passed pertinent to our puppy which helped greatly. Hardworking fellas that keep our puppy clean & happy to his new home. Our German Shepherd puppy was delivered to us on time and happy and healthy. Tom and Sebastian took great care of our little girl. This is the first time we had used a transportation service and we were very happy with our experience.

Clinton and Austin were great and delivered my little baby in great condition from Indiana to New York City. She arrived happy and ready to play. Clinton and Austin communicated with me along the way and arrived timely. Thanks so much!

A tall sparkling glass of water named Austin hand delivered my puppy to my door. He was very kind and communicative (we love that in a man). Not only were they kind, but so on time…they were early.

Divers Dallas and DAVID WERE AWESOME!! We got our new puppy a day early! They called and asked if it was okay first. We were overjoyed!
