Couldn't be more helpful. Spoke to several representatives over the phone and have all been helpful but none more than Sue.
Difficult time leading up to Xmas, van breakdowns, boiler packs up, Father passes away. It's really helps to speak to understanding people like Sue and the guys at PRA.
Always come off the phone feeling like at least someone's one my side.

The constant means testing of an OAPs pension
which is only a state pension and they carry on with this even at the end of life (less than 6 Months left)
They bought my Debt for penny's in the pound

PRA Group have been very helpful.
I recently spoke with PRA Group about the account i have with them, i found them to be very helpful, understanding and they showed compassion which was a relief because it can be worrying when speaking with company's such as PRA Group but i found this company helpful and understanding.
The person i spoke with only a few days ago was very helpful (I can't remember her name sorry), polite and understanding. The person i spoke with prior to that a few months ago was also very helpful.(Can't remember her name either.)
Unfortunately, i have a few accounts with similar company's to PRA Group , some of those others were not as helpful or understanding as PRA Group.
From my experience, if you have an account with PRA Group - don't worry as they are there to help which I'm sure that's what they will do. Whatever your situation, explain this politely and calmly and I'm sure they will help.

I made a mistake on my account for my first payment. I had madea payment on a different card but it cancelled my contract. The lady I spoke to Sarah was really helpful and upon learning my situation And circumstances, gave me a few better options than the one I had chosen. It gave me a bit of peace that I may get through the holidays with the heat on.

Today I received a call from PRA Group for my six monthly review and dealt with a lovely team member - Laura K.
Laura was very professional, empathetic and understanding of my situation. She was also very patient and put me at ease as we went through my changes in employment and health conditions.
We discussed payment options. I have been paying an amount different to the agreement, which wasn’t a problem but we updated the agreement to reflect this.
It was a pleasure to deal with Laura.

I have just finished talking to Sarah who lad a lovely and calm Scottish accent; it was for one of my 6 month reviews and I have to say that each time I have these review calls, this company are alway so understanding and it’s impressive how they put mine and my families well being first in assessing my financial situation. I’m a believer in paying my dues but have never been pressured to do anything that would put my family in a critical position. They seem to genuinely care and are polite and understand that things go wrong in life and that they are there to help get things back on track.
