THE SERVICE ADVISER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE

Customer service was for sure a 5 quick responses and quick payment.

However, its time to update labor rates. You're paying sub par labor rates .

Was very easy to start my claim, they communicated with my service provider in a timely manner and completely knowledgeable. They payed for what was under warranty per contract. The adjuster was very explanatory on the warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

When we had trouble with our truck while out of town, visiting family in Florida, we were able to take our truck to the Ford dealer and they worked hand-in-hand with preferred warranty to get our truck repaired done quickly to get us back on the road to Michigan. The people that preferred were responsive and helpful, and great to work with ! Thank you!

Disappointed that the customer had to pay $350 for us to remove a valve cover to "prove" that the engine was not sludged, we could see that through the oil fill cap.
Otherwise customer service personel were very helpful and answers wre prompt.

In my opinion, PWI hides behind vague language of contrast to avoid paying claims and then on covered claims pays much less than service shop charges leaving you with significant out of pocket costs. Very disappointed.

They made the approval process very easy to get my customer back on the road right away, and paid very prompt after I performed the repairs! Would highly recommend them!
