After receiving the camara I purchased both cell coverage and data coverage. I purchased a package that was supposed to last one year. Instead, after several days the package had "expired". I can't afford $50 plus for each month the camara is used. I contacted Customer Service and told them I wanted to return the camara. They asked for video and pictures. Guess what!!!!???? Because I had installed the camara it was no longer able to be returned. EVEN THOUGH I HAD USED IT LESS THAN ONE MONTH!!! False advertisement for "returns". False advertisement that the camara would be cost efficient. Also, Terrible Customer Service!! I had to email instead of talking to someone on the phone to explain. JUST AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF TRASH!

The camera doesn't function as advertised, and the camera app is the worst I've ever used. The 30-day money-back guarantee is absolutely worthless. Basically, if you open the box and try out the camera, it is unreturnable. Here is the message that I received from their support team when I asked to return the product:

Before we can approve any return, we do need to confirm eligibility. Returns are only approved if the camera is in brand new, unmounted, and resellable condition, including all accessories and the original packaging.

Confirmation that the camera was never mounted, screwed in, or permanently installed, and was only tested at most
Clear photos of the camera from all sides, all accessories, and the packaging, including the box
Once I receive these, I’ll review them for documentation and then provide the return instructions. Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer, and the outcome is based on inspection. If the unit is confirmed restockable, the result is a full refund. If it is not restockable, the unit will be returned to you.
If your return is not accepted by the company, they will also charge to send it back.

The only issue is that Verizon sim cards do not work with the cameras. Use the provided sim card and service on the Nuview Application.
I originally purchased 20-S4 Pro 4G cameras to protect our properties, and as my need for coverage grew, I went back and purchased 40 more — bringing my total to 60. You might be wondering why? Because these cameras are that good! They come with an affordable price tag, and deliver big-time performance…and on top of all of that, when paired with a company like Premium Invention, that truly cares about its customers, it’s a win all around! Premium Invention really cares about its customers; and their customer service is amazing to work with!

The company does not have a working phone number. Phone number 877-224-0705 does not work. Emails are not returned. Chat says to call them.
Scam Company. Website states a 30 day money back guarantee. Day 1 I was not happy with the camera. Contacted support for a return. Support said "because it had been powered on it was now a used camera and could not be returned"

The camera system they sent me came with a US sim card and did not work in Canada. The Canadian sim took over 25 days to arrive. We we dissatisfied with the camera system and wanted to return but it just fell out of the 30 day return policy. My proplem is we could not test it properly and they refused to take it back.
A lithium battery is a prohibited item for international shipping. The cost to ship is expensive if able to ship it at all. No Lithium Battery Label on the box the camera came in. Was shipped from Avenel, NJ. Must return the camera to BC, Canada. Easier and cheaper to keep the camera than to return it.

These people will say anything to get your money. I had multiple calls with their tech support and told them exactly what I needed. They assured me their camera would work for exactly what I needed. They lied in a big way and then fought the return. Do not buy from this shoddy company. Don’t trust their tech support. Just don’t do it.

Purchased a wireless camera s4 pro for $449 - camera did not work so requested to return. Return instructions were to pay to return and declare the value at $50 when we paid $449. I paid $42 to ship it back with the declared value of $50 hoping to get my money back. I then received another email that we needed to pay another $72 duty fee to UPS. This company is a total scam.

They do not honor this policy. Buy a camera off of Amazon or any well known retailer that will not send you defective or used equipment.
These cameras (3VS, both 4G and wifi versions) are not what they seem, and certainly not what is advertised.
1. the solar charging controller seems to be poorly designed as I have burned through 2 sets of batteries on the 4g model, despite the app saying they were fully cahrged and the camera being in full sun for at least 8 hours a day. Testing shows high internal resistance - dead batteries
2. only antenna "1" is actually functional. Reception is poor at best, and I suspect antenna "1" doesn't really do much either. Antenna 2 is not actually connected to anything inside the housing - it is just for looks. the fake dipole that you screw on just has a piece of plastic tube in it to make it look like it is a functional antenna
3. video quality is poor. Streamed " HD" is maybe 720P, but very much looks like a poor comression algorithm has been used - a very choppy, low res picture.
Premium invention have sent me 2 new sets of 18650 batteries - I am monitoring more closely to avoid them dying.
I would not buy these cameras again at even half the price!
Premium Invention V3S. This camera looks good on paper but the reality is quite different. A lot of things they don't tell you, such as the claimed HD recording is only to an SD card. The recording to cloud service has such a poor quality as to be useless for facial identification. I didn't want on board recording as the camera could potentially be stolen, taking the video evidence with it. They also told me by email Another problem is the recording reaction time. I've had instances where I've received an activity alert via the app, but by the time the camera stars recording, the cause of the alert has already gone out of camera view!
I do not recommend this camera.
We needed a wireless, standalone camera to monitor the gate entrance at our farm. After extensive research and reading the positive reviews, I selected the V3S from Premium Invention. This camera is powered by four internal batteries that are recharged by solar. I purchased the camera in late December 2022 and had it up and running within days. All was well until a week ago when it showed offline. The charging indicator showed that it was 100% charged but it was not providing a feed. This required me to go out, take the camera down and bring it in for investigation. After following the directions provided in the app, I determined that the batteries were dead, despite a 100% charged indication. The camera worked if it was plugged in to it's USB charging cord but if unplugged, it was dead. I contacted the support line and they asked me to remove the batteries, leave the camera plugged in and report it's status. I did and reported back that the camera worked on the USB plug but not on the batteries. They told me that if that was the case, I should purchase new batteries as the camera was not the problem. I asked wouldn't this be covered under their warranty and they replied that the batteries were considered consumables and hence not covered.
I've got a lot of things that are powered by batteries that are either internally or externally charged. I've never had rechargeable batteries go bad after only 4 months! I've also never had any gadgets indicate the batteries are fully charged when in fact they are not.
This camera is an expensive, inferior piece of equipment that does not deserve all of the positive reviews that I read. Their customer support was non-existent other than to say you're on your own.
