Absolutly sho king when you ring up with a complaint they do not even listen to your complaint and evidance to prove it. Shocking company practice to be honest

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from the very first phone call to the last . The service provided was quick , efficient and felt truly personal . I genuinely can not thank everyone I spoke to or dealt with at premium credit enough . They turned a horrendous time into something positive . I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Wrong statement on website
states on there website that they base there decision on your circumstances, not your credit score but mine got declined due to credit score and not affordability

Made my application for car finance…
Made my application for car finance through a company called lease 2 buy who are up in Scotland they have to be one of the worst car companies in the whole of the uk . I was referred to a company called red potato via premium plan . They were amazing I have to say from first contact I was driving my car of choice three days later. Premium plan were fast and communication was excellent from start of the purchase to picking my car up from the dealers.
Overall a fantastic company to deal with and would highly recommend them if you are in need of car finance with a poor credit history . 10/10 from me .

I can not fault premium plan a team all.
Their customer service was excellent.
Thier understanding of your income and outgoings was brilliant. If your truful with them they respect that. They may ask a lot of question of whats on your bank statement, but that is to help them understand. What you can afford and not putting your or themself at financial risk.
I would definitely use these again.

great company
Even though I've been refused finances due to affordability due to bank transfers to family members, I'm a bit disheartened, I can not discredit the great customer service I received from sarah and Stephane they were fantastic, taking on board what advice I have been given hopefully in a few months it will be a different outcome.
