Prentice Stove Installation 

The company was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process and they were very accommodating whilst we chopped and changed our mind a lot with our full stove and flue installation. The customer service and communication throughout was excellent and the quality of workmanship was of the highest standard. We are absolutely delighted with the final product! I would highly recommend this fantastic family run business for all your wood burning stove needs.

Showed up on time. Went over and about what any other company did before. Then left the area clean and tidy with a certificate for my insurance should I need it.

This company is our go to for stove installations and sweeps.
We have had three stoves installed by Prentice Stoves Installation Limited to date.
Each time we move house we call them up as we value their quality workmanship and professionalism to carry out a job to an exceptionally high standard.

From first consultation with Dougie to follow up calls with Anna and installation by Jamie it was excellent. Everything was clearly explained to me beforehand, Jamie was very respectful and neat and tidy and removed everything when he was finished. Stove looks brilliant and we couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family firm for their efficient customer care.

They also quickly sorted out a long term problem we've had with soot leaking into the room, after multiple visits from the original installation company failed to fix the problem.
