Very satisfied repeat customer

Purchased a Bravo Company Manufacturing BCG. No one else had them in stock. The item was shipped quickly and packaged very securely. Great LE pricing too! This isn't my first Primary Arms purchase, and it certainly won't be my last.

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent! I was able to get a fast email response regarding my order, then again, able to modify my order. I got a phone call confirming my change and the order was shipped that day.
I’ve been happy with every order. The primary arms optic and magnifier I bought are very high quality. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Fast delivery!

I was upgrading my AK, and they had all the parts I wanted to upgrade in stock! It dint take much time at all, maybe 3-5 business days.

Order pickup too slow

It’s a much slower process than I always expect. When there’s no background check involved, picking up a single item should take less than 20 minutes, but it never does. There’s got to be a way to pickup the pace behind the counter and in the warehouse. All the other retailers have figured it out. It’s time to make some changes.
