Very easy to deal with, great product great service from start to finish !! 👏

When Joel and Adam knocked at my door to speak with me about possible window replacements, I wasn’t in good health to commit. However, a couple of months later when I called them to arrange a quote, they were very efficient. They are both very understanding, polite, professional and clearly know their products. They make the entire process very relaxed and stress free. Joel kept me updated with any issues and appointments.

The fitters were very friendly, professional, tidy, efficient and again knew their trade well. They provide a sense of confidence in them before they began the work. They were very deserving of the chocolate bourbon & digestive biscuits ☺️

I had 5 new windows fitted and new french door handles. The finish is incredible and they made every effort to ensure there was no damage to any sills or indoor decor. I am very pleased with the finished products and would highly recommend prime glazing. I will be singing their praises to all my friends and family.

Highly recommend Prime Glazing. Joel and Adam gave us a quote to replace all our windows, eight in total. They are very likeable, professional and clearly know their stuff. They are passionate about their work and their company. The price quoted was very competitive. Once the order was placed they kept us updated right up until the fitting day, excellent communication. 😁

Neil, Adam and Chris were our fitters and again a very professional crew. Hard workers, very efficient, polite and extremely tidy. The kitchen window had cracked in transit but they ordered a new one straight away and it was replaced before the job was finished at the end of the day.

We were very impressed with the team from Prime Glazing. Joel and Adam were not only polite but also extremely knowledgeable about their work. The team of fitters were equally courteous, hardworking, and meticulous in maintaining a tidy workspace. We had our entire house upgraded, replacing our old, draughty white UPVC windows and front door with new energy efficient anthracite units. The transformation of our home is remarkable. Joel & Adam were very professional and fair with their quote (after some friendly bartering) Doors, Windows, guttering, drain pipes and fascias all fitted within 6 weeks of arranging. The 4 guys who completed the job were brilliant. Did an amazing job and cleaned ip all their mess and left the place looking great. Even put all my blinds back up for me. Much appreciated and thank you all 😃

We got in touch with PRIME GLAZING and the next day Joel & Adam turned up to give us an estimate on replacing 5 windows and a front and back door, took all measurements and advised us on our requirements and what they could do. We were happy with the quote we were given after a bit of friendly bartering. Just 7 weeks later the manufacturing and fitting of windows were completed by there fitters who did a fantastic job, Neat,Tidy, and very efficient and if we had a problem it was sorted. The actual fitting in all took 2 days. (Impressive) I would well recommend PRIME GLAZING. Joel and Adam are good at what they do really are good and I wish them well and the company all the best for the future.

I was so pleased with the replacement porch and front door from Prime Glazing that I decided to ask them to do the fascia and gutter replacement on my bungalow subsequently. I am glad I did.

My mum had a new front door fitted. The gentleman who arranged the quote and installation for my mum were very smart, friendly but extremely professional offering a competitive price. The workmen doing the installation were again friendly and professional arriving within the 4 weeks as advised. They completed the work in good time and leaving no mess behind when they left.
I would definitely recommend the company based on both price and service.

A good door at a good price, fitted soon after ordering and looks nice. There was a problem with the door ( the manufacturers fault ) but one word to Joel and that was soon sorted. Great service.

Although initially wary of buying from cold calling marketing, I'm glad I made the decision to buy my new front door from Adam and Joel's Company. Both young men are polite, helpful, considerate and knowledgable - not to mention tolerant, above the call of duty, of my large, over-friendly puppy! There was absolutely no pressure to add on any extra doors or windows, the work was carried out efficiently and on time, and I'm very happy with my lovely duck egg blue door that lets in the light and keeps out the draughts. I would definitely recommend them to any one looking for a quality product.

Really pleased with my new windows and the service of Prime Glazing. My initial contact was with Joel and Stuart who were very helpful, understood my requirements and were mindful of my budget. The team that fitted the windows, Jordan, Chris & Neil, were friendly, polite and professional and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in one day despite the heavy rain and I woke up today in a warm draught free home. Aesthetically the new white frames make such a difference to the inside and outside appearance of the house. No more yellowing frames and untidy trims. I was so glad when Joel and Adam knocked on my door about replacing my front door as it was something I had wanted to sort for ages but didn't have time to ring around a load of companies.

The service was spot on from the initial consultation and the advice was extremely helpful to me as I didn't have a clue. The doors I had installed look great and the benefit in terms of reduced heat loss is really noticeable.

Prime glazing,run by joel and adam you could't meet a nicer pair of lads who go out of their way to listen and understand what you want. They have just compleated a full installation of windows and doors in our bungalow including 1 conversion from a sraight window to a bow all were compleated with ease and total satisfaction. We found the installation team of three were dedicated to their tasks incuding not leaving the job and staying late on two occasions. They were very professional in all aspects and very clean workers always tidying up as they go whilst installing a high quality product. Joel and Adam visited daily overseeing the work and visited us the day after compleation to make sure we are totally satisfied with the work. We would highly reccommend prime glazing for a quality product and an easy professional installation and excellent customer service

Amazing from start to finish, im over the moon with the job they did and would 100 percent recommend them. Had front door, surroundings and a window done, excellent job, very clean and done in only a few hours. Fantastic.
