I ordered a Keter storage unit which turned up and was not the correct item . This was an error by Keter due to warehousing issues . Oliver arranged collection and refund promptly .Just one thing to add is the the admin e mail is the one to connect with , which isn’t stated on the website currently.

Don’t touch with a barge pole. Utter scammer.Ordered a keter bench. Said it had been delivered but hadn’t. No proof of delivery was given to me.No answers whatsoever.Good job I used my credit card as they refunded me my money. Just to say he uses a delivery company with the worst reputation and doesn’t really care about rectifying any problems. Steer clear and order from a reputable company.

Found 6 x fence panels on here for a good deal, I ordered these on Thursday and they arrived within 4 days on the 5th June. We are very happy with how they look.

Everything was great - delivery and service. Only bad thing I will say is Phone number doesn’t work so had to email queries. But they answered quick.

Well, it only took 2 months but I finally got my money back from the con man Mr Prince.
Quite simply, despite him saying [several times] he'd paid me back he hadn't. Despite him actually ringing me up on a Sunday night to tell me to stop giving him nasty reviews he still insisted he'd paid [I had to put the phone down on him as he was shouting so much]. Of course if he had paid - it would have shown on my account wouldn't it. I even rang the bank to double check and they confirmed he was a liar. So I reported it as a fraud in the end and thankfully these days banks can just take the money back if you complain...which is what i did. You just have to be persistent.
Anyway, to close. You won't be hearing from me again Mr Prince and hopefully you'll stop scamming people...but I somehow doubt it...

SCAMMERS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 5 fence panels SP1985 from them on Sunday 5th Feb and have not received the order and have not received any communication from them despite trying to contact them several times. Utterly disgusting that companies like this can exist. Want my money back as I've not received the items. Will have to claim it via Amex as they simply ignore you.

Damaged item was collected but no receipt given so seller refused to refund. However, he also refused to investigate with the delivery company, or give me the tracking number so I could trace it myself. Trying to get information out of him is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Out of pocket for over £90. Would recommend to avoid.

Placed an order for 6 x 35l really useful boxes on 1st Jan 23. As of today 14 Jan 23 I still haven't received my order. I have tried to ring the number on the website numerous times but never any answer. Also emailed and tried the chat option on website, no reply whatsoever.

I ordered a 6 pack of Really Useful 35XL boxes at 10 pm. I expected the order would be processed the next day. I received an acknowledgement for order SP1958 but since then I have received nothing. No dispatch confirmation, or email saying they might be waiting for stock.

I had arrangements in place that required these boxes, so when I tried to follow up by phone and was unable to get through I got concerned.

I was encouraged that they included a phone number on their website. However this is useless if they never answer it (However try phoning companies like BT)!

Now they have responded to the review they explained the stock situation and I have an updated expectation of when I should receive my order.

This is an ongoing situation but it does seem to be improving.

Ordered the Keter Storage yesterday morning and the item has already arrived today. Wasn't expecting it to come so quick, very happy! I had a few problems with putting my delivery details in incorrectly but retailer was quick to message me after I sent a message via the live chat and got the problem rectified quick. Thanks!
