Unprofessional and no attempt to rectify their mistake

Placed an order for a Hozelock reel on their website as they were marginally the cheapest. The order sat in unfulfilled for a few days and as we would not be at the address submitted (we were due to move house but then we exchanged contracts shortly after placing the order) I emailed and requested the delivery address be changed, which was accepted. Next thing I know the order has been sent to the wrong (old) address however the 'customer service' guy accepts no responsibility for not following through. We now have a drive and additional costs to collect the hose, if it's even there. Poor experience and in this case according to them the customer is not right. Avoid.

Hi, I am sorry you had this experience, unfortunately, we can only send to the address on the order as would ask you to please make sure this was correct before placing the order, we will always do our best to try and fix the issue but regrettably, this was already sent out on a next day delivery.
