Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I used this site to book a lounge. The company has took my payment twice, no email for confirmation and the airport lounge said I wasn’t booked in. Terrible service. Hoping to hear back from the customer service team!
**Update: I got my payment back, didn’t get to use the service I wanted and the customer team replied asking me to take down my review, in a very unique manner. This very much clarifies for me that I am still disappointed with my first encounter of the company. Its a shame.

Priority Booker for lounges…
I have used Priority Booker for lounges several times with no problems. I booked lounges for 6 people for a birthday trip and forgot to log in to my account to maximise the discount. Sent customer service an email said it was my mistake at 1103; by 1250 I had a reply and they had fixed my error. Great service, well done John and the team.
Do not use for parking
I will certainly not use priority booker for parking again.
When we called as instructed prior to arrival at Heathrow there was no record of our booking. We the waited 25 mins from arrival at Heathrow for the company to arrive to get the car. This 25 minute had a big impact on our journey through the airport.
Having confirmed the new time of arrival with the driver we called once our luggage was collected exactly as asked. We were told there were no drivers, as soon as they have one that they will get to us. No time scale given but told it usually takes 25 mins from calling to getting our car and there was no time scale on the drivers arrival.
Firstly this is not what we purchased. We purchased priority parking… and frankly this is anything but. We also booked with priority booker and not with “happy days meet and greet” who have the most terrible google reviews.
This means that after a transatlantic night flight we are unable to get back to our children.
25 min delay on arrival 40 mins so far on collection. Oh and I just got a notification that the driver is speeding! Priority? I don’t feel that way!
I will use purple parking in future.

Highly recommend this company all the way through they have been 💯 satisfaction I didn’t book the cancellation cover so when my daughter’s wedding was cancelled I asked for a credit note and this was given straight away. I have emailed a number of times and they respond straight away their customer service is excellent. I keep changing the times and straight away fine all done. Excellent customer service well done

Terrible service and definitely won’t be using these again. Due to traffic and having travelled for hours, I was 40 minutes late dropping off the car on departure. The staff made me feel like I have done wrong and charged me £20 fee. On return, I called them at the exact time we had planned but they were 55 minutes late bringing the car back to me. I wanted to charge them £20 but they said no. They then gave me a ticket to get out of the car park which cost me another £5.30. So what seems to be cheap and efficient is the total opposite. I tried these for the first time and can honestly say I will never use again. Stick with what you know it’s safer.

Be careful what you purchase
I purchased a discount code with Groupon, which was upto 35% discount for airport parking. I completed the details for the car park and entered my code then went on to completed the payment method....only to find NO DISCOUNT was given. Then on checking the airport prices I find Priority Booker charging more for the parking. I've had no satisfaction back from Priority Booker or Groupon regarding this matter so I'm very disappointed to say the least. I can't understand why they put these offers out there when it seems they don't want to follow through with them. Be careful who you book with.

Having had my return flight home…
Having had my return flight home changed by the airline I needed to extend my parking by 24 hours. Could not do this online but emailed and had a quick reply and made it easy to change.

Bad Experience. Priority ooker confirmed then…
Priority booker confirmed then cancelled my car park booking, refunding part of the payment. I discovered after checking my bank statement and calling Bournemouth airport car parking who informed me ithe booking had been cancelled. Advise go direct book with airport, feels like a third party scam.
I booked the wrong car park
I booked the wrong car park, the error being mine.
I emailed them and had an instant response telling me to cancel and resubmit. All very easy.
Job done.
