Awful company
Awful company. Ordered 4 tires and they only shipped 2. Had to spend an hour on the phone over 2 days to get any resolution. Absolutely a headache that was easily avoided if they cared about their customers at all. Once they have ypur money, your on your own, they don't care about you.
Buy your tires anywhere else.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have received following my purchase of four tires (Order #000827989) on April 29, 2026.
Despite the website stating the tires were in stock and would ship the same day, they did not ship until the following day. Furthermore, while I was issued four tracking numbers, only two tires were actually picked up. Despite calling on May 1 and being reassured that the remaining tires would arrive by May 4, only two tires were delivered.
Since May 4, I have spent over an hour and twenty minutes on the phone across multiple calls attempting to resolve this. I was repeatedly given false information regarding shipping dates and tracking numbers. On May 5, I was informed that the warehouse was actually out of stock and the tires had not shipped on May 4 as promised. It was only after I reached the returns department that a tracking number was finally provided, showing the tires were not picked up until the afternoon of May 5. They are now not scheduled to arrive until May 8.
To make matters worse, the second shipment was sent via standard shipping instead of being expedited, and a shipment exception occurred due to an unreadable barcode label, causing further delays.
This has been the worst customer experience I have encountered. As someone who maintains a large fleet and purchases multiple sets of tires annually, I can confirm this will be my last purchase with Priority Tire. The combination of long hold times, lack of transparency, and poor logistical handling is shameful.

We endeavor to ship out orders exactly as advertised, accurately and in full, each and every time! Obviously there's no benefit of doing anything else, and we wouldn't have stellar reviews despite having thousands of orders per day if we did anything but that!
Obviously things went poorly here, for whatever reason; we're still investigated what did or did not happen, as we've received conflicting reports from our associate warehouse and FedEx itself.
With that said, we do not understand some of the claims you've made here.
Firstly, all of the information that was provided to you was truthful, with our agents telling you everything they know and have available on file.
Secondly, the tires were and are still in stock, and we did officially process the original order and its replacement on time.
Thirdly, we did try to react to each and every one of your calls as soon as we could, in spite massive traffic leading to the delays you've experienced.
Fourthly, with the packages mysteriously not being in transit as expected yet us receiving confirmations from our warehouse and FedEx that they were picked up, we were indeed forced to wait to see what would happen - and as soon as it was clear that there was a bigger issue, we processed a replacement.
Finally, we do not advertise and simply cannot process any type of expedited shipping; there were no claims or implications given to you in any way that it was possible.
We do deeply apologize to you that the entire mishap happened in the first place, of course.
Again, the unusual delay-turned-lost shipment is most unfortunate, but it is not the norm.
There's numerous precautions in place to ensure that things proceed smoothly, and we do strongly believe that this unlucky example is not exemplary of our standard logistics and overall capabilities.
Thank you for your understanding and we do apologize for any inconvenience.

The tire are great
The tire are great, When i went to have them installed Mr Tire in Indian Trail charged me over $40.00 per tire which is over and above the $29.00 a tire i was supposed to be charged. When i questioned the manger he would do nothing about it or would even check, I have contacted Priority Tire.They were looking into it. That was earlier in the week

To clarify, Priority Tire does not offer any installation services directly, as we instead have a list of affiliated installers that we showcase and recommend on our website. As part of that, expected installation fees are shown based on the most recent data we have, and according to the tire size and vehicle involved, but ultimately they are still just estimates. Per our explainers and disclosures, the prices cannot be "locked in" or guaranteed, sadly.
With all of that said, we certainly recognize the disappointment and confusion involved, especially as that specific installer has been very consistent in both their services for our customers as well as in the prompt reporting of any pricing changes.
As such, we'll be sure to investigate this matter thoroughly and verify what happened - as well as explore if we can help you with some form of accommodation.

this company is absolutely ridiculous! ordered tires for my car which is in the shop, a week later I still don't have them. I called your helpline after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to pick up who speaks Chinese better than English I'm told that the order was canceled because my shipment address was different than my billing address, obviously because I wanted him shipped to the shop where the cars at! I reordered them again with that explanation, and once again it's "in review" they tell me today because the addresses don't match. impossible to deal with I told them canceled the order and I'll buy them locally meantime for 10 days my car is in the shop waiting to get installed. CRAZY Don't deal with this company UNLESS YOU'RE A GLUTTON FOR FRUSTRATION

We apologize, but the order in question was cancelled due to overwhelming fraud concerned as reviewed by a professional fraud prevention company.
It was neither random nor purposefully disruptive, and the blame may solely lie on how the order was placed; the "shipping address" is not the cause of the issue, the agent was merely explaining what one of the possible red flags could have been. Our agents speak English and are based in the US, so your comment is not only inappropriate but also inaccurate.
With all of that said, we and our partner do our best to avoid false positives and process all orders quickly and efficiently, which we do without issue for thousands of orders per day.
We obviously apologize if there was any false-positive involved or if there was any insufficient explanation given, but neither are the norm.
