It was the best experience I could ask for. You not only treated me right on the price. You also delivered in 2 days to get my truck back on the road. With everything I do on and off the clock every second counts. You have earned yourself a repeat customer for my next purchases.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAM DROP SHIPPERS. I NEEDED TO PROCESS A CLAIM THROUGH AMEX BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER.

Ordered a set of tires only received 3

Ordered a set of tires, have ordered numerous previous sets without a problem. Received 3 tires. Have been trying to get an answer about my 4th tire with no answer nor refund. Have always received products from Priority Tire, the problem appears if there is something wrong with your order. Good luck getting a response or getting it resolved. The key should be to get the customer the product or refund, not find excuses. Priority Tire has the worst customer service on the planet. They have lost a long time customer.I will no longer be ordering from this company.

We do apologize, as we do endeavor to ship out every single order promptly, accurately, and in full.

In this case it is unclear what exactly happened with the 4th tire, as our internal manifests do show that we shipped all 4 out at the same time, from the same location - it seems that the 4th tire was misplaced during early handling with FedEx, leading to it never being scanned and thus fully lost.

We replied to your email as soon as we could, which was sent outside of business hours, early on the following day.
You were provided with an explanation of what actions we were taking to try and resolve the matter.
Sadly, you expressed extreme frustration at the unlucky incident, citing that you would file a payment dispute and engage in negative online reviews.

Although we understand the frustration at one tiring missing, as well as waiting to receive responses from us, we do not understand or approve of such hostility, especially when we earnestly responded as soon as we could and attempted to help you.
Nevertheless, the payment dispute you did open arrived just 48h later and was thankfully appropriately opened for just the one tire.
Since it matched our timeline for the FedEx investigation we did accept the payment dispute and thusly refunded you for the missing tire.

Again, we did all we could to get your entire delivered to you ASAP - and likewise to help you once the unfortunate incident occurred. Our agents reply to everyone as soon as humanly possible, and we do handle hundreds upon hundreds of both calls and emails each day in an effort to help everyone in a timely manner.

We do apologize once more for the unfortunate inconvenience, especially if the tires were needed for a time-sensitive use case, but do insist that we genuinely did all in our power to handle the matter in a helpful manner.

Terrible customer service

Only half my order was delivered even though email states it was all delivered, contacted them multiple times with no response from them. Their chat future is a complete joke that never connects you with anyone. Guess I'll be filling a charge bank with my bank.

EDIT: After writing this I actually did finally get an email back. And my order was delivered however tracking info sent originally was not helpful in showing they were still in transit. However tires were ruined in transit and I'm still awaiting a reply to have this corrected

We apologize for any delayed response but do have to point out that we did reply to you as soon as we could, providing you with the information you need, at about the same time as you posted this review! Our agents try their best to reach everyone ASAP, but we've been getting an extreme amount of traffic recently, leading to delays.

In this case, since you purposely placed 4 separate orders, apparently in an effort to apply the one-use coupon code multiple times, each of your orders had separate tracking histories. Not only that, but you purchased two completely different items in each order, which necessitated that they be shipped from different warehouses, and thus have completely different tracking numbers as well.

Obviously, there's no rhyme or reason for a chargeback considering that all of your tires will arrive safely and without issue, but we understand your frustration at the lack of response and ensuing confusion.

As we advised you via email, the packages are on their way and you should receive the remaining tires very soon!

Superior stupidity

This has been one of the most infuriating customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I ordered a tire that was never used, never mounted, and never even placed on a rim, and somehow that still is not enough for them to issue a refund. That alone tells you everything you need to know.

Instead of handling a simple return like any legitimate business would, they are pushing all the work onto me. I am expected to go pick up the tire, bring it home, and then arrange to send it right back to the same place it came from. It is absurd. It is lazy. And it feels very intentional.

At this point it honestly feels like a scam operation. They are quick to take your money but when it comes time to stand behind their product, suddenly there are hoops, delays, and excuses. The goal seems pretty obvious: make the process so annoying and inconvenient that customers just give up.

There is zero accountability here and even less respect for customers. I would not trust this company with another dollar. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, stay far away.

There's no need to be so hard on yourself!

As it stands, your order was delivered to the Walmart location of your choice, seeing as how you placed an order through the Walmart Auto Care Center.

As such, you have two options: you can either instruct Walmart to do the return for you or you can retrieve the tires and process the return directly through us. For the former, Walmart handles everything, although such returns have a habit of getting lost in the shuffle and being delayed. For the latter you just need to send us a basic photo showcasing the tire's condition, if at all possible, at which point we provide you with a Free Return of our own.

Obviously all of this is standard policy, fully in line with modern retail procedures, including marketplaces like Walmart. We're not trying to make anyone's return difficult in any way, as we're sure others will agree!

Finally, we did in fact not "take" your money - you paid Walmart, not us. The choice to process the return is entirely up to you, and we'll happily facilitate it like normal.

I ordered 4 Firestone destination 3 on…

I ordered 4 Firestone destination 3 on 4/15 for $580.69 including tax which was a great price. The order was in. On 4/16 I get a e-mail My order is on the way. On 4/17 I get ANOTHER e-mail with Fed X tracking numbers. Later that day on 4/17 I get ANOTHER e-mail saying order inventory issues unable to ship. They offered Me some tires that I do not want. I called customer service on hold for 45 minutes and finally talk with someone. I stated my order was packed up ready to ship what happened ?? Couldn’t get an answer, Would NOT put a supervisor on the phone. I tried to tell Her the tires are STILL being advertised on Your website but at a higher price. In other words, They would not sell the tires to Me at the lower price and honor it. But yet I can buy them at the higher price. They FINALLY issued a refund to My card. I have bought tires 3 times in the past without any issue. You got to do better. Bob

We do apologize Bob, but in this case an unlucky stock issue happened, leading to your order being stopped and us unable to ship it is as expected.

To clarify, in this case our warehouse first generated a label - which is why the system sent you tracking numbers - but then discovered the stock issue. We attempted to resolve this by shipping from a back-up warehouse, but regrettably the same issue occurred once more.

As a result, we placed your order on hold and repeatedly reached out to you to offer a replacement or refund. Although we could not offer you the same tires, we did want to at least provide the option of a different brand and model combination - with a discount of course, as we did want to accommodate for the unfortunate situation.

With all of that said, we do apologize to you not only for the unexpected stock difficulties, but also for any long wait times on the phone and lack of clarity. Please know that such cases are not in any way appropriate for a supervisor, as the agents were following the expected procedure in attempting to help you with a replacement or refund, although we do understand why things could have been confusing. We've double-checked and we no longer have those tires available in stock, but it is possible that it was a similar model from a different supplier.

Naturally we do want to prevent such issues, and we do have numerous precautions in place - we successfully process thousands of orders per day, so we assure you that what happened here was just an incredibly unlucky situation.

We will do all we can to further improve and make things smoother for all future orders, and we do apologize once more for the entire mishap.
