It think it is a scam! Nothing works, take forever to upload and download.

very exciting cloud storage service solution for individuals as well as for enterprises corporations... Especially the Files In Preview option is awesome and separates it from other storage services... Uploading really disrupts first but when working is amazingly exciting.....

As all others told - scam. You re not able to upload anything bigger than a few kb and files disappear after some time.

Support doesn t care cause there is no support and of course they know that all works as designed.

When uploading multiple files, it will partially upload the first file instead of uploading all of them. Uploads are very slow, and the indexing process is inconsistent. If you try to upload a file again, it doesn't check for duplicates and simply creates another copy.

While uploading small files individually seems to work, trying to back up a large computer drive is impractical due to the slow upload speed and frequent errors.

The customer support team is unhelpful and provides little assistance.

Very slow, only web interface. Now I can not acces to my files, no answer from the support.

Was using them for 1 year and there after I noticed that all my images and videos are gone! I've contacted support over 5x and no one has gotten back to me.

What a loss of money and images/videos that I had uploaded only to PD

Bought two 20 TB lifetime accounts one for studies one for work. You get what you pay for only if you express disappointment and even then after a while it goes back not really uploading stuff. Sadly because I have seen it's abilities and believe that could conquer the market.

All the files I uploaded are gone. There are a few thumbnails of files left but those are corrupt & not downloadable. No customer service. Won't even upload new files.

This is totally worthless and useless. It worked a year ago when I first subscribed but for the last 8 months…nothing! No customer service responses…
Do not trust this — it will only take your money!!!

I got a lifetime plan to backup my pictures. You can only use the web client and with gigabit internet the speed is brutally slow. Once uploaded it says indexing and files never appear. Customer service is non existant

I'm unable to rate it at ZERO STARS but that is truly the rating since i've been trying to use this 2018 - 2024
1. No response to customer service inquiries
2. Unable to upload files consistently (speeds checked at 500mbps-1gbps)
3. Uploaded files (even just the small ones less than 1M) take hours to load (speeds checked at 500mbps-1gbps)
4. No longer able to view the previous files I uploaded. There is a download link for them now, but it leads to error codes.

I'm able to view the files i uploaded yesterday.
It's taken over 24 hours to load 1G.
I'm still no longer able to view the older files I uploaded in 2023. I still get error codes.

Unable to upload files anymore. It took 4 days to upload 20Gb 6 months ago, now I'm trying to download some of those files and every response is failing. I cannot access any of my uploaded files. I suspect I have been scammed.

This is a scam. I have written umpteen mails to them with no response. This is not a real company just an excuse to steal money.

I want my money back now.

Can not upload any type of file after signing up for the 20tb life time service. Trying to reach customer service got no body. Used their contact us form via the website 3x and not a single person ever responded.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS .

Prismdrive is a scam. Avoid and save yourselves some bother. I put in a request for refund and they never even get back to you. pcloud and icedrive are some great alternatives for lifetime plans.

SCAM, DON'T Buy!!!
I signed up to the 20TB for fife plan, as everyone was raving about it. I did not check any review sites! (I know, rookie mistake) Shortly after signing up I tried to upload some files, using the web interface. These simple files, a few MB took 2 days to upload! I queried the help service a few times and got absolutely 0 answers. I tried to cancel the service (a few times), same! Does anyone have recommendations on how to get the money back?

I've just deleted what 'used' to be my content from their servers.
I had previously uploaded a bunch of PDF files that took 'forever' to upload... like, I'm talking - weeks!!!... over a number of weeks... and when I went back to look, all I see is some kind of 'code'... error code... all of my files are 'gone'.... all that work... total waste of time, total waste of money. NO SUPPORT - nowhere to go... they don't respond or acknowledge. Total 'scam'... should be wiped off the internet and face fraud charges.
I wouldn't mind betting.... they trawl these reviews and erase accounts that give them negative reviews...

SCAM DON'T BUY
Don't be fooled by those 20tb lifetime subscription that you see all over the Internet just singing up took me afew hours after contacting and emailing several times, uploading a file seems impossible I have tried to upload more than 50 files with various sizes from a few kb to 5gb after upload is complete it keeps saying (upload indexing ) and all that i could upload was screen shot with less than 100kb.
so DON'T BUY

I've used multiple cloud storage services over the years- and I must say this service is definately the worst of them all. It's completely buggy, unreliable so completely useless. Takes ours to upload a few 100mb of files. And by the looks of reviews your files will go missing at any time. Save your money. Support is unresponsive too. Good luck getting any response.
