Kitching fitter experience
Despite waiting over one year for amendments to my kitchen in my new build property, I was very impressed with the visit from the kitchen fitter to complete amendment work. Kevin was really friendly and efficient. He completed all work in a timely manner and to a high standard. Kevin made sure that the driveway (area where he was predominantly working preparing materials etc) was left very clean and tidy following his visit, with no rubbish remaining. Overall, I am very impressed with todays visit.

Kevin fit our amazing strip lights
Kevin did an amazing job of fitting our kitchen strip lights under the cabinets. They look great and are better than we expected. He was very polite and professional and got on with the job, ensuring no mess was left behind. A great experience, thanks Kevin!

My Avant Home kitchen degraded after 2.5 years .
PRM not interested.
Outside warranty.

The 2 year warranty is industry standard for kitchens installed in new build developments.
We're sorry to hear you are having some issues with your kitchen,
the Avant sign off process is quite robust - we would suggest having a conversation with them as your provider.

Excellent work.
We have a new build and we could not close the cupboard door with our boiler/kitchen store properly. We contacted Taylor Wimpey and one of Paula Rosa engineers Brad was assigned to the job. Brad quickly pinpointed the problem that the cupboard was not aligned. The wall infill had to removed and then put back after the cupboard housing and door was realigned. The work was undertaken efficiently and effectively and any dust etc was hoovered up. Brad did an excellent job and was courteous and friendly.

PRMF fantastic kitchens
Kitchen was fitted in new build Taylor Wimpey house. A few small niggles, but this was quickly remedied, by our kitchen fitter Dave. Would highly recommend this company, beautiful kitchens and brilliant customer service!

Our kitchen cupboard alignment was off. A PMRF engineer attended to it swiftly. He was professional and friendly and did a great job.

Excellent after sales/after care.
Some of the handles on our kitchen needed to be replaced the after sales team we excellent, within less than a week of contacting them they provided me with the exact parts, cost and got them shipped.
For after sales care, when the kitchen was bought/fitted by the house builder, it was surprisingly easy, Karen delt with everything in a very professional manner.
