I can’t recommend Pro Espresso UK highly enough. From my first enquiry prior to the launch of the Rocket Bicocca- I was asking sevral questions re its feature ect that Tim was always happy to find answers to. SO it got even better, rfom the moment I placed my order to the final installation of my Rocket Bicocca machine, the team (Tim and Keanu) was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The installation was carried out with real care and attention to detail—they clearly know their craft and take great pride in what they do. Everything was set up perfectly, and they made sure I understood how to get the best from the Rocket Bicocca machine.

A few weeks in, I encountered a minor issue with the Rocket Bicocca (software update required) . These things happen—but what really stood out was how quickly and effectively Pro Espresso responded. Their after-sales support was just as impressive as the initial install: responsive, reassuring, and solution-focused. The issue was resolved without fuss, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout the process.

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I decided to go the whole hog on a coffee machine + grinder, the price of a small used car for my home 🤨. anyway without a warning and me having chased the delivery date several times the coffee machine didn’t turn up for circa 5 weeks. When it did turn up it was damaged. I then had to wait another week for a replacement. Then I had no grinder with my coffee machine to even use it this turned up another 2 weeks later …..was there any slight compensation for my wait not a single thing. Maybe a half bag of coffee that was useless to me. Honestly I’d go elsewhere if you’re thinking of buying from these guys it’s not worth the hassle and anxiety. Their communication is shocking, you have to chase for your product as they won’t email you'll get a phone call saying if you place the order we can get that out to you next day 😂 how I was fooled.

I attended one of the Pro Espresso demo days because I was interested in a Rocket Apartamento TCA machine. After the demo and confirming the important details (i.e., convincing my wife that it was a good idea and going with her colour choice), the decision was made.

Just as a side note... there was no "hard sell" at the demo - just friendly experts who explained everything clearly and simply.

The specific machine and grinder combination I wanted wasn't available as a bundle, but a quick email to Tim the following day swiftly resolved that issue, and he arranged a combined deal for me. After placing the order, I was promised delivery for the following week when the stock arrived. Sure enough, I received a message from Russ (on the Sunday!) to inform me that he would be delivering my order personally the very next day (Monday).
If all companies communicated with their customers like this, the world would be a better place.

I am absolutely delighted with my new Rocket gear and feel confident that if I need any support in the future, the team at Pro Espresso will be there for me.
