Best PM Tool Yet...

I have been scouting for a PM tool to give me oversight of all our projects (usually with monthly construction from 26 work sites), this tool was selected because of the ease of use, collaboration and price.

My team is now able to have weekly meetings with data on what an impact we are likely to face in the future.

This company is evil and cannot be trusted.

This company is an absolute scam. Be very careful. If you give them an iota of a chance, they will steal as much out of you as possible.

I signed up for a free trial for an individual student license because I have a condition that makes organisation and memory for uni difficult and I wanted to see if it could help me. I contacted them within a couple days after the trial ran out because I forgot to cancel it.
I never received any emails reminding me about the trial (as they falsely claim in other bad reviews on this site).
They had automatically charged my card for a company subscription totalling $550 for 15 licences.

They refused to refund me, telling me that the terms and conditions say that refunds are against their company policy.
I begged them. I let them know that we live fortnight to fortnight with our pays, recently had both of our birthdays and first wedding anniversary, our car just needed all 4 tires and the clutch replaced, and we still had to pay rent and that we needed to pay for vet bills for our cats (it was a rough couple of months). We simply couldn't afford it.
They simply started ignoring my emails.

I will never stop yelling to the world that they are an evil company until they pay me back every cent that they owe me.

Payment Taken for Unused account & Licenses

Upon expiry of my trial account more than 300USD were taken from my account without a warning that I would be billed imminently. Moreover, I am unable to download an invoice for the transaction from my account. All I can see if £0.00 invoices.

The responses and attitude of their success team is shocking. It is not good enough to just use the terms and conditions as an excuse to take payment. Their free trials option is a scam use to take card details of unsuspecting users.

Hi Sabina,

I'm sorry about the mix-up. All free trialists receive an email 7 days before the expiration of their free trial, alerting them to the fact that their credit card will soon be charged.

We offer a 30-day free trial so our customers can try out the tool before they purchase. After the 30 days are up, it turns into a paid subscription for our service.

All of this information is clearly outlined in our FAQ section on our website. You can read it over here: https://software.projectmanager.com/freetrial

IT IS A SCAM

IT IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have got ripped off by company. I sent a email 5 days before my trail finished in regards to the pricing. They did not reply until my trail finished and told me it is already too late to cancel my trail. So I got charged for USD$375/per month which you can not find this charge anywhere on their website.

One star is very generous. Yes, this is a scam. They say it's $25.00/month but charge you $375USD (which is $524 Canadian. A month. Stay far far away from them...so wish I had researched more before starting the free trial. If you have the free trial PHONE them to cancel. You cannot cancel in your account settings.
