Good quality professional product available,the only downside side is some of the products date of expiry was just 3 to 4 months away but other had 18 to 20 months left before expiry(I only came to know about this after checking the batch code of each product).

Guys don't belive this site I got my facewash old stock and duplicate one I'm using this facewash since 4 years, for the 1st time I get fooled

I would rate this company and the people who call up as less than 1. I think you need to train your staff well when they call/WhatsApp customers. Invest in a good trainer who can groom them on tone and mannerism.

When your page says products can be returned in 10 days time, how can staff call/wa and tell me - products are non refundable when the product has not even been received - it’s been refused delivery?? After 10 seconds, he tells me “I never said that”.

E commerce platforms were not built by selling only - look at their customer service. On confirming that I will bear the shipping charges - he calmed down a bit.

You can never make 2nd time/ repeat customers like this.

Imported Old Products - that is sold just within their use-by dates. No way to figure out storage quality etc.

Update: A product that was manufactured in 2022 and sold in 2024 is hardly "latest fresh stock" - regardless of when it's expiry is. As mentioned to you over mail as there is no way to verify storage conditions, that indicative expiration date is rendered inconsequential. I was not happy about the product that I received and I have chosen to review as such.

Were proactive and gracious to accept a mistake at their back end and promptly rectified it. Good customer service and attitude. Alex range of products on the site is good.

Sent me the wrong product, then asked me to bear the courier cost to return the product.. and then stopped replying. Ghosted me. Terrible professionalism, pathetic customer service. Please don't waste your hard-earned money here. There are enough trustworthy places to buy your products on the internet but prokare isn't one. Stay away!

Prokare.in / Ritu Jewels sent me a Cerave tub (340 g) wherein they removed Cerave Healing Ointment and filled in partially some cream into it like Emami Fair And Handsome or Fair & Lovely and I just received this today a few hours ago. They charged me Rs. 2429 including Rs. 199 for sending a third rate cream through Delhivery. When I opened the tub itself, I could easily recognize that it was not the original product (and that I got cheated) by its strong fragrance and texture similar to the above mentioned creams. It is also confirmed that it is totally fake by my friends as well when I shared photos and videos with them of what I received today. Also before I've purchased the same product i.e. 85 g Cerave Healing Ointment tube from Amazon which was completely genuine, so I know exactly how the product is truly like. I even called Prokare.in through their two numbers and informed about all these by even sharing photos with them but they rebuffed by saying it was a non returnable product. They even blocked my number in both their numbers as if they got annoyed after some calls.

So please anyone planning or currently purchasing from Prokare.in / Ritu Jewels, I advice you people NOT to buy anything from them as we never know when they are going to cheat us or send a counterfeit product. It's a total scam.

P.S. Now Prokare.in / Ritu Jewels might reply to me like "As you want to return products without any valid reason and we have refused the same you are writing nonsense. Is this your way to defame a genuine seller" which they replied to some other victims, I have only one thing to say to you frauds.. STOP SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS AS YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF GENUINE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF YOUR FRAUDULENCE. If anyone wants proof, I can definitely share photos and videos of it.

Very bad service .... They delivered the fake products... Very disappointed... Also there is no return process available.... Very very disappointed... Not worth the price

Color tube was punctured and color was coming out of it. The developer bottle had a crack and as soon as I took the bottle out it oozed out on my kitchen counter. I than placed it inside a sink and it didn't take long for the bottle to get emptied. They wanted me to send pics to the delivery person. I had emailed all pics to them and when I called over phone he said I have to contact the delivery person. I shouldn't have accepted the parcel. Are these people for real?? Is delivery guy going to wait for me to open the package to check before accepting? I doubt anyone would even think the company would send puncher bottle of liquid and color. Please say away from this company. It costed me Rs.2000/- but they certainly lost the customer and I am trying to reach as many users as I can so they don't have to waste money. The company did not take any responsibilities.

PS: so the company responded saying all the shipments are insured and I need to take it up with the delivery company. Am I the person who insured that company for delivery? What a dumb ass response!. You are the shipper and you are responsible for getting it to me in a good condition that is usable. If it hasn’t reached me in a condition that is usable you are to compensate. Do you think I am such a dumb customer to spend money again on your good for nothing no business ethics company so I can get a free shipping and a broken bottle? You must be out of your mind. Please learn how to do business. if package doesn’t reach customer in a good condition vendors take the responsibility but you are only one time pony. You’ve got Rs 2000 be happy you will never get a penny from me

Timely delivery of genuine product in good condition

I placed the order when I was in Delhi for a short time. The Prokare officer who arranged my delivery understood my tight travel schedule and arranged a next-day delivery. Although it was a disaster and the delivery did not reach my hotel due to the unavailability of an Indian telephone number (with me) to share the OTP with the courier officer, Prokare arranged another delivery before my departure. Excellent service! Please amend your online order portal for the buyers to add “’ Indian Mobile Number’’ or please change that with an email address to make it easier. BTW, I need to arrange delivery to Melbourne. Please email me the details. Cheers!
