Products should be packed carefully and should make sure nothing would get damaged while movement. I got the one of my products completely leaked and one had only 2/3 of content. When I reached the admin they simply rejected the return request as I have received and opened the product. My question here is without opening the box how come we know it’s leaked? There were lot of newspapers kept inside the box and all the serum got absorbed by it and there were no clue of leakage from outside of the box. When costumers buy premium products like this and even spent money for delivery atleast consider good materials like bubble wrapper or something for wrapping the products carefully.

Poor customer handling
The product I ordered was not available. I have to adjust to a similar hair color. Afterward, for the remaining amount, I had to order two products. But one product was sent by expedited delivery, costing me extra delivery charges without my knowledge.
