Excellent handyman who diligently fixed my curtain rail. This needed removing the curtain twice over and he did it with a smile.

Did a great job (including a bathroom ceiling that had been damaged by a leak from upstairs), completed everything in less time than agreed, very tidy, would definitely call them again. The whole team was very professional, highly recommended!

After my basement was flooded from the heavy storms Property Rescue were fast to respond and really thoughtful and caring with stress I was under. I can’t recommend them enough, helped me out and fixed the problem. First class.

Property Rescue Services have proved an excellent find for my two rental properties in SW London. Alex is fantastic to coordinate with - he understands the issue quickly, asking sensible questions and using his own experience - and despatches the right person to get the job done. My tenants have found the guys polite and timely. The cost of the work has been communicated well upfront and I've found fair especially as the work has appeared, to date, to deal with our issues head on. Recommended!

We had a mysterious drip audible in our bedroom with no signs of damp. I contacted a roofer who said we needed £6,500 worth of work doing. Patrick from Property Rescue spent 20 mins on the phone explaining why he thought that wasn’t necessary and talked me through what he thought the cause was. He strongly advised doing investigatory work first to establish where the leak was. The result was a visit from Maurilio (nicest guy ever who explained everything he did) first thing in the morning and problem solved for £167!

Brilliant service. I was let down by two carpenters who dismantled part of my kitchen cup-boards to allow for delivery of a new washing machine and tumble dryer.

Organising the work in a tenanted flat has not been straightforward because of the availability of tenants and dealing with insurance aspects, but Property Rescue Ltd has been outstanding with respect to their courtesy and ability to communicate in both advising and dealing with these, and completing the work well.

I am very pleased with the painting work done and the trouble taken to do the right thing.

Excellent service at a reasonable cost. It's often difficult to find companies to do small jobs. With Squarefoot you can bundle them up and get them done in one go. Dinesh arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the work done. I'm pleased to have found this company and will use them again.

It did take a while to arrange and some of the admin in terms of arrangements could have been a lot better, but everyone was very personable beforehand and that didn’t take away from the quality of the work. Peter who came was very polite, did the work diligently and answered questions. It’s probably the one time I have had people in the house and it hasn’t felt like my space has been invaded. They just got on with it and at the end of each day everything was neat and packed away. I got the impression (and I hope I am right) that they actually cared about doing a good job. And I got that from the people that did the work and the person who gave me the initial quote. I can say now that they are a company I would use again.

They are amazing contractors, reliable and very professional. I would highly recommend other agents looking for contractors to use as well as private individuals to use for their own properties.

We had a bit of a lengthy insurance claim process and Jerry and his team stuck with it providing my tenant a lot of support and after 9 months, we finally could book the job and it was completed within 5d. Great job. I would 100% recommend.
