Trustworthy & Professional. Would highly recommend.
Our bedroom ceiling started leaking after heavy rain during lock down. Square Foot arranged for a roofer to come round ASAP. I arranged for 3 quotes. Maurilio, from Square Foot was the only one wearing a face mask and from start to finish was incredibly professional. He fixed my roof at a cheaper price than the others quoted and offered to come back in a few weeks to make sure the leak was fixed. Superb work, thank you.

Excellent Contractor!
We have worked with Square Foot for a number of years now on numerous residential projects across London. They are super knowledgeable, deliver a high-standard of work and very well organised. What really stands out is their communication. Jerry and Patrick are always available and will always go the extra mile for their customers. Excellent company - would highly recommend!

Excellent! Thoroughly Recommend 100%
My boiler broke down during the coldest weekend in January. I had no heating and three small children so understandably panicked. Square Foot Property Rescue were AMAZING! Incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring. They came out immediately and fixed the problem at a competitive fee. I would 100% recommend Square Foot Property Rescue.

Square Foot are brilliant contractors with excellent attention to detail.
Square Foot were recommended to me by an established property developer.
I was the architect, and they undertook the renovation of Grade 2* listed building near Regents Park I had designed a new layout for.
From the first site meeting they were excellent communicators with a lot of knowledge and expertise.
Everything was done to the highest standard, and their site manager Maurilio was always quick to respond. Nothing had to be done twice and they solved a lot of issues along the way without having to involve numerous consultants. Their original quote was spot on.
Most importantly the client was delighted when they moved back to their flat.

The work was done superbly
The work was done superbly, a correction which entailed moving a door, after which you won’t notice anything was done. Finished like it was never touched. The area was protected from dust and everywhere cleaned up when work finished. Very satisfied client.
