The work involved repairs to the sides and flashing on the top roof of a mid-terrace house, requiring the erection of a scaffolding tower in the small space between our and the neighbouring property. The two workers, Peter and his assistant, arrived promptly on the two days needed for the work: were scrupulous on Covid19 compliant procedures: caused no disruption or mess, and left the passage through the house clean and tidy.

I had an emergency leak a few days before Christmas which was damaging my neighbours flat below.
The Square Foot Property Rescue team answered my call and had someone to my home within a few hours the same day.
The team member was professional, courteous and helpful. He calmly located the source of the leak, explained what needed to be done and then proceeded to fix it.

I gave 5 stars as well deserved...... A huge thank you to all works undertaken at my mum's property. Wet room, Kitchen and Hallway had to be repaired, and redecorated due to flooding. For six weeks individual workman worked professionally, and effectively, wasn't easy due to covid, but great care and upmost respect was undertaken as my mum is 88yrs and in poor health. They certainly made mum a happy lady as she loved the end result! If things were not right mum would certainly have said she wasn't happy. Definitely highly recommended, trustworthy company! Again a huge thank you to all that worked at mum's property.

Thank you very munch. An amazing job has been done on Friday 11th December at Claremont Apartments. An engineer fix the balcony door fast and explained what was the problem. I can feel that he is professional and in the future I definitely would like to use your service again.

Had a painter-decorator come in to repair water damage on our ceiling. He did a the job perfectly and made sure to clean-up and put everything back nicely once he was done. As a bonus, they were also kind enough to help drill and put up a picture frame I had. Thanks for the great service!

Came 2 months ago to look at some door repairs, said they would take too long to do on the spot and would follow up on next steps. Charged me the call-out fee, never followed up on anything and never performed any repairs despite repeated emails. I'd be weary that this isn't just a "call out fee" shop and wont be using them again.

Work was carried out swiftly and expertly on the expected day. Customer Service was excellent and we were presented with a very detailed report.
