Property Searches Direct Limited Reviews

Easy to submit details on line and quick service

Daniel and his team are first class and lightning speed. This is the 4th time they've helped with searches and ordering your searches on day 1 of offer acceptance will reduce your conveyencing timescale significantly. We will continue to use PSD for future transactions and continue to highly recommed the services.

Very responsive. Great service. Search arrived earlier than expected, which was a bonus.

Easy user friendly website
Basically within an hour of paying I was in receipt of my policy all up and running, such a excellent service

Having struggled to get sensible information out of our solicitor about which searches we needed, and being advised they would take some weeks to complete, I turned to the internet and found Property Searches Direct. Dan, the CEO, stepped into my online AI chat, then called me to talk through what we needed. He then bundled the necessary products together, giving us a discount in the process. All the searches were back within 48 hours and indemnity policies in place for the areas we needed them. Extremely helpful, fast, efficient and very cost effective. Would definitely use them again should the need arise and would thoroughly recommend them to others. Thanks Dan!

Great service, easy to use, really quick result

Needed an Envirosearch Residential report.
Arrived by email same day and good price vs other providers.

Quick delivery
Great communication

I have engaged the services of PSD twice and have been very impressed with the speed of the searches being carried out. I have spoken with Daniel a couple of times with questions which have been answered to my satisfaction. He has been polite, knowledgable and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, polite, professional and very helpful. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Brilliant service and an amazing company, Daniel and the team were incredibly helpful and the report was delivered very quickly. This saved me a lot of time and money and I would recommend using PSD for any property search.

Outstanding service and impeccable communication with Dan at Property Searches Direct.
We had a query as to whom the little strip of brush at the edge of our property belonged to.
We could not make heads or tails, and after many months of backwards and forwards, we stumbled upon Property Search Direct, and with the help of Dan, managed to clarify our conundrum.
We sent our email and our query and within 5 minutes we managed to get a reply to something that has been haunting us for months.
Its this kind of service that puts other competitors to shame and makes you WANT to tell your friends and family that you finally found a business that takes itself seriously and that will respond immediately to ANY and ALL queries you might have.
Its also worthy to mention that the software they use and the systems employed are second to none; advanced, accurate and speedy !!

Fantastic I'm happy.

Literally faultless. Had three emails of correspondence, on a Sunday (!), that weren't automated. All searches came back with a couple of days. Highlights how the moving industry could be, IF people did it properly.
Thank you Daniel

Great service, great value - top marks

Fast service. The first part of the search came back within hours of the request being sent. The rest followed a few days later.

Fast, efficient & clear.

Quick, easy to apply for a residential Landmark Flood Report when applying directly to Landmark Flood wasn't possible. Received 1 working day later.
