Excellent Product
Excellent Product. Easy to order and if you subscribe you don't have to order every time. Always deliver on time. The oil itself is great. I take it every day to counteract the effects of cancer medication and it works like a dream.

Highly recommend, great product
I’ve been using provacan 1200mg oil for several years to combat feelings of anxiousness, nervousness and insomnia associated with perimenopause. It’s been a life saver and I wouldn’t be able to do my managerial role without it. Highly recommend.
Only negative is the price it’s not easily affordable.

Good communication, easy return
I ordered a product that I needed to return (just started new medication that I want to settle down first before adding anything else into the mix) and there was no quibble, I was given a return label straight away and courtesy email to say all fine.

Immediate response to an order being damaged in the post.
I received a damaged order in the post, where some items ordered were missing. I contacted Provacan and sent photos of the envelope and the items I had received and the response was efficient and sensitive.
The issue was resolved very quickly and the person I spoke to ( Aiden Fugler) was very apologetic and concerned. I am a long term customer of Provacan and will continue to be so. Thank you Provacan! : )

Royal Mail issue sorted with no drama
Great company I've been dealing with for years, top quality, good prices made better by frequent promos. Latest experience was especially telling. Had an issue with a delivery damaged in transit - Aidan sorted it out immediately and replacement arranged with no fuss. We don't live in a perfect world and things do go wrong, so what defines customer service is how things are dealt with when things do go amiss. Couldn't ask for more in this case, a pleasant change from other companies.

Got replaced and on first opening they were bone dry .
Fast forward nearly 2 weeks and they are all oily n yuck.

Had a problem with an order/delivery. Emailed the company straight away and after some photographic evidence and an email from Aidan Fugler, who quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem and I was a happy customer. Also, the CBD gummies are great and keep my husband and I lively for a longer day! Great products.

Great Product - Super Customer Service
Provacan is one of the few companies that I can buy CBD oil confidently knowing that the products have been rigorously tested.
The recent web site changes have made online ordering so much easier. Provacan has also introduced more offers, promotions & loyalty schemes which make their products so much more affordable.
Excellent customer service to back up the products. Despite the website improvements I managed to make a complete mess of my last order with the discount codes. I pinged an email over explaining my error & requesting my loyalty points be returned to my account.
Immediate response back from Aidan Fugler (poor guy must have his head in his hands every time he sees an email from me). All sorted out without any quibble, loyalty points restored to my account & a useful explanation on loyalty points & promotions for future reference. Many thanks Aidan!
Highly recommended company, a joy to do business with.
