1. Oral Application: Place a serving of isolate powder underneath your tongue, just as you would with oil. Hold for 60 seconds before swallowing for optimal absorption.
2. Infusing with Oil: Mix our isolate powder with a carrier oil, like olive or coconut oil, to create a customised liquid product. This way, you can adjust to your preferred strength and flavour.
3. Edibles: Integrate our CBD isolate into your diet by adding it to salad dressings, brownie mixes, or your other favourite recipes.
The recommended daily dose of our isolate is 10mg. However, as individual experiences with CBD can vary, we encourage starting with a lower amount and adjusting as needed.

excellent customer service
Ive been using this company for many years now and always been happy with the quality and service. I use the CBD oil mainly to help manage my arthritis but it also helps with anxiety and I find my sleep is improved due to this effect.
I recently contacted customer service due to concerns about new FSA guidelines and whether or not my dosage was with in them. Aidan took the time to look at my regime, work out how it fell well within the guidelines and reassure me on that front. I'm very pleased theres no cause for alarm and I can happily carry on using their oil

I use exercise, sauna, cold water, breathing techniques & meditation also. I recently used Ashwagandha & Valerian root which is also very very good but more subtle than the effects of this CBD. I was truly surprised how effective it is. I had a twitch in my arm because of anxiety which stopped immediately & I feel noticeably calmer physically & mentally. I’m really happy with it & I hope this review maybe helps somebody else in their decision.
