Punk youth has been so wonderful! I ordered the tunnels that let you connect regular earrings - they work great with a pair of hangers I had already. I also got the surrealist eye hoops- they are so cute, but we’re having issues with coming out of the tunnels. However customer service has been so helpful with replacing them. My last thing I ordered were the flare tunnels that I wear almost every day- love that I can turn them backwards for a pure gold look too!

I had a brilliant experience with Punk Youth. I ordered three pairs of GORGEOUS earrings. They arrived, excellent quality and looking exactly as advertised.
Sadly, one of the earrings had an issue where the clasp wouldn't clip into place.
I emailed the customer services team to explain the issue and they got back to me really quickly. They suggested that I might be able to fix it and sent me an instruction video.
I wasn't able to fix it and they have sent me a replacement, free of charge.
I'm really impressed, in an age where people are quick to throw away things that don't work they made a real effort to help me to try and fix the problem. It's a shame I couldn't fix it but I really appreciate this way of doing things.

I asked for a return for some dilators that I bought in the wrong size, they were super kind, they changed the size without having to return it, wow! I will definitely purchase other products from them! Top product quality!

I ordered a pair of earrings and although they looked really nice they werent the right material that I was looking for. the customer service was really good as they agreed for a refund without even having to return the product which saved a lot of the hassle and is more convenient; not to mention the agent themselves were very understanding and nice. 5/5 would recommend

First, I ordered the wrong size, but they sent me a replacement. Their customer service is awesome. I had no issues getting the issue resolved. I got my pieces in, and I love them. They are great! Can't wait to get another piece to add to my collection 😍

Really lovely selection of items. They did send me an incorrect item but this was quickly remedied and the correct one sent out. Would shop here again.

Making the order was easy and fast and shipping to Berlin was also faster than i expected. The products arrived packed beautifully and i was very happy and excited about the products, exept one product that didn't fit and they made sure i will recive another one in exchange.

I ordered some earrings which arrived quickly and well presented. I had an issue with one of them not closing properly and the customer service received was excellent. Would buy from them again.

I was so excited to get these earrings, then when they arrived, one wouldn't clasp. I was so sad, but I sent an email to punkyouth and they sent the coolest response with a video to see if I could fix it myself. It was super easy and their quick response time was amazing. I'm now wearing my new jewels and feel fabulous in them. Super comfortable and i love the style. I will be coming back to purchase others!!!

Your website is very well designed, and the earrings are reasonably priced. The quality of the earrings is good—they feel sturdy and well-made. It remains to be seen how they hold up over time and after washing, but so far, they don’t seem to change color.

Customer service is also excellent. The only downside is the delivery time: for a shipment to France, I had to wait more than two weeks.

Had an issue with the fitting of my septum jewelry so I reached out to their team and they immediately resolved the issue allowing me to exchange for different items. Very professional and great quality jewelry, my gratitude goes out to their amazing support line.

I have been buying jewellery from Punk Youth for quite some time now. It is so different and so unique and I feel great wearing it. I am not a "punk" and so very far from being a "youth" but I just LOVE everything about the brand. The packaging is incredible...too nice really as the boxes end up in the recycling bin! I'd need a separate cupboard if I kept my purchases in their boxes! Recently I had a problem but not with the jewellery it was with me actually. I don't have nice skinny earlobes and was unable to actually get a particular earring on. No problem with Punk Youth, they have sorted everything out with absolutely no fuss or bother. It's a shame that other companies don't look after their customers as well as Punk Youth do. Fabulous jewellery, fabulous staff and fabulous customer service. I give 10/10 and absolutely recommend this company!! Just keep doing what you're doing because you tick ALL of the boxes.
