Fast delivery, cool black boxes and awesome jewellery

I received my order but one of the gems fell out of the flat back earring. I messaged, they asked for a photo and sent me a new one. Can't ask for better. Straight to the point and never disappointed. Keep in mind that gems do tend to fall out with any company that makes jewelry. Its just a thing that happens.

I made a mistake and ordered under the wrong email and Yun helped me out immediately! Its like 2 am at this point and I wasn’t expecting a speedy reply! They corrected my error very quickly and politely! Great customer service and I can’t wait to get my earrings!

My earrings had a placement error so I contacted their messages system and they were pretty quick to chat back within the same day of reaching out and they were able to fix the problem so that was amazing thank you punkyouth I'm so glad I've bought a lot from here!

Yes it took a long time to receive them, but it was okay.
One of the earrings was not super safe to wear, so I contacted them and they sent me a new one right away

I ordered 3 pairs of gauges and my order arrived quickly. The gauges I received were excellent quality and I loved the attention to detail in the packaging. Unfortunately, one of the items I received was incorrect. I reached out to customer service and after some correspondence, they shipped me the correct item and told me not to worry about shipping the incorrect item back. They were even willing to ship the new item to an alternate address since I will be out of town. The customer service team is exceptional; responsive, professional and kind. Will definitely order from here again!

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings from Punkyouth. I realized after the order that it was being shipped from China and didn’t expect it to come in for a bit of time. Luckily, it came within 7-10 days and just in time for my trip. Excited to style them and to order more in the future.

I ordered the wrong thing on accident and contacted support for an exchange and they were super fast and helpful and immediately sent out what I actually needed!

I asked to return some items i had purchased for my wedding which ended up not being suitable. They allowed me a free exchange or refund. My choice.

I opted for a partial exchange with the remainder to be refunded. They then replied saying they would be sending the exchanged items for free with no need to return the original items and also refunded the remaining amount!..

I ordered a pair of earrings from them and loved them, I decided to order three more pairs a few weeks later and sadly when they came one of them was slightly damaged, I contacted the support number and within thirty minutes they had confirmed a replacement ordered free of charge :D
