So I just wanted to put this out there. I always read reviews before downloading any app. After reading these reviews I won’t be downloading the pure app. After seeing they only have 2% on the 5* r... See more

Absolute scam they pay girls to pretend to be local and strike up a conversation based on your profile, of course extracting as much money for pure that they can in the process and then when you suggest meeting they disappear never to connect again.
AVOID highly illegal practices-Cost £100 1 month no likes

Non-functional app without any people online, the customer support is non existent - they just have an AI who gives very random answers to very detailed and specific questions.
Furthermore, you have to pay before entering (which is OK if your app is functional) but once you paid... you discover there is 0 people on the app using it. It's really a scam.
Then, according to their terms and conditions, if you buy the subscription through their website, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days if you are residing in the EU. I am residing in the EU, but their AI-chatbot will not listen to this and keeps saying I have to tell the app store, while I made it very clear I bought my subscription on their own website.
AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COST.

It's just for the girls to find the most handsome and tallest men but if you are a guy you will get nothing and it's the most expensive app out there for dating! Just get another one not this one but the matrix here is strong just the girls get everything and a male doesn't get nothing if he is not in the top percentage of men!
EDIT: Everytime I see their ad on YouTube it makes me hate women.

PURE is like wrapping a scam in a thin layer of Instagram polish and serving it cold with a side of bots and broken dreams. The app looks fine — until you realize it’s just a pay-to-play cattle market where privacy is a punchline and your wallet is the main course. Half the “users” are fake, the other half act like they just crawled out of a Reddit thread titled “How to Be the Worst Human Alive.” It’s basically Tinder’s sleazier cousin who swears he’s “different” while robbing you blind. If you enjoy wasting money, losing faith in humanity, and getting ghosted by bots programmed in 2013, congratulations — you’ve found your new hell.

Given 2 stars because the one connection I made on there looks promising, but that connection was made more by luck than judgement.
Pure is an anonymous dating app that, in theory, seems great for hookups and short-term fun, but in practice is barely functional unless you spend a lot (and I do mean A LOT) of money.
It works like this: as with most dating apps, you browse the meat market and "like" people you find interesting. If they find your profile and "like" you back, a match occurs and a chat opens. Exceeeeeeeeeptttt… in practice that doesn't happen, because in order to see who has liked you and therefore more easily like them back you have to pay for a subscription. Problem is, it's expensive, so most people don't bother.
An alternative is paying for "instant chats" - which are £3.29 each or cheaper if you buy in bulk - which allow you to send a message without matching. What typically happens is that this chat - which is on a timer, by the way - is either left unread until it expires, or immediately cancelled by the recipient without explanation, or you are flirted with by a scambot which then tries to sell you crypto, or it turns out that the person with "HORNY, NEEDS HOOKUPS NOW!!!!1!!" on their profile flirts with you until they're bored, then ghosts you.You will have likely spent a minimum of £50 at this point.
Avoid. The likelihood of you making a connection is very, very slim - and I say this as someone who has a prospective relationship on the horizon thanks to this app.

Absolute terrible dating app. Full of time wasters that leave the conversation expecting the guys to do all the talking. They say nothing interesting and it's back to square one, again and again. Not a single thing to do here, apart from reading boring adverts from women looking for fun. Most women are ugly, but expect Brad Pitt. The Devil's Bones is useless. Average wait time is about 1 hour. Filters are useless as well. Most women looking for an actual relationship are, guess what?... Overseas. It gets worse! Some of the adverts are censored. They ask you to agree to unblur "so-called" sensitive content. Which isn't sensitive at all. Excuse me, Pure Dating. Isn't this app for 18 and above? Why ask users to unblur content? Feels like a childish game.
This app is not free. Minimum membership is for 1 week costing £9.99 in the UK. You'd be better off throwing your money down the drain. It's probably more fun than you'll have on this garbage.
If you actually value your time and money. Avoid this terrible dating app. Even Tinder's free membership is better than this, and that's terrible as well. But at least it's free.
Pure Dating. Please do not reply to this review with excuses. Your app is pathetic and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Awful app. I’ve signed up twice with different email addresses to check if was an error but as soon as I put I am a female there’s an error and I cannot create an account. Now I’ve been banned and I’ve never even used the app. It’s clearly a scam. Contact through email and they said they cannot tell me why I’m just not allowed to have an account? Makes no sense. But Badoo, POF and Tinder are free and much better!!!

The big dream of a platform for free spirits and sexual fantasies. Of course, this also failed miserably. Either you are inundated with fake profiles or professionals on apps. Or here with this app. Nothing happens. Nothing at all. Really nothing. 😂😂. The site advertises over 15 million downloads. However, these say nothing at all about the actual active users. So this number is irrelevant. It will be the same old problem again: lots of men and few women. Even self-created statistics of 51:49 percent don't help. 😂. I always have to laugh. The app has been struggling with a lot of one-star reviews since 2022. The review function has been deactivated on the Playstore. I wonder why. Price: It doesn't matter if you spend 10 euros a week on nothing. That's 40 euros a month. And to be free without a subscription, you have to pay the same 40 euros a month as with many other dating apps. Far too much for nothing. Really nothing at all. So you'd better stay away from it. Go to Facebook or another Cupid app. You'll also pay 40 euros there. But at least something happens there. As long as they catch you just wanting to have fun. You'll just be deleted. If you have money to burn, I can recommend this app to you.

The site is a Money grab and you can tell right away it’s fake. I signed up at 3 o’clock in the morning was in three minutes. I had three messages from girls that said they were horny in Kelowna Kelowna is a small town. There aren’t any girls up at 3 o’clock in the morning never mind three horny ones. This is obviously a set up and the prices are ridiculous and you’ll never get the girls to meet you. They all say oh I’m more comfortable if we just drop on here which is the same line all the fake sites give you where they have girls that they pay to entice you to use the services that cost money

My account got immediately banned right after I verified the account and clicked some 'likes'. I didn't even start to chat with ANYONE, for real. So I contacted the cs, and here's the final response I got:
"
Hello,
Sorry we have to upset you — yes, we had to ban your profile, and yes, we had double-checked it. No mistakes. We do not give away the exact reason or situation so that you don't get upset with anyone in particular but we can only suggest you read our guidelines more accurately to see where you have violated the rules. See it here: (sorry, the link cannot be pasted here)
Being respectful towards other members of our community is a total must. If you don't play by the rules — you lose. So, for now, that's a goodbye.

I'm okay not using it. There're lots of options out there. But the way they do business and their attitude really pissed me off.

I discovered a person who is currently an active STD carrier is on this app looking for sexual experience. With my experience with this person as his ex partner I can verify he is an active STD carrier with a disease that is highly infectious and it is both bloodbourne and sexual fluid transmitted. These dieases caused our breakup and I am lucky to not be infected. To make the matter worse, the app allow this user continue to be on this app freely knowing he is an STD carrier, putting public health at risk and endanger any person who he might or would be in contact with. These diseases are a national notifiable disease meaning they pose a real threat and danger to the public. This app chooses to assist an infectious person and allow the spearding of some life threathing diseases with no question ask and allowing anyone to be a victim. Please avoid this app as they take no precautionary and immediate action upon learning this serious and urgent matter. Please put your health first and they are other way beside this app to find fun, safe and enjoyable sex without any worrries.

Even giving one star is hard. This app and the costumer service are one of the most horrible I’ve ever encountered. I been on the app a total of 3 days and had many gross men message me continuously . I never responded cause just didn’t want to entertain it. So over the course of 3 days I sparked up a mutual interest with another app user and we were talking getting to know each other.
The member I was in contact with brought up how there is a lot of fake profiles on the dating app and he’s gotten so many girls that offer him sex for money. I had responded how unfortunate that was because sadly it happens more than not nowadays where sexual money is an option. The second I sent that message I was immediately and I couldn’t do anything on the app as it was frozen. Then maybe 30 minutes later my account was banned. I quickly messaged customer service of the app and they were incredibly just rude and degrading and condescending. When I asked what’s going on why my van like I didn’t do 3 like can you please help and taking another look at this and they said that they’re algorithm for breaking guidelines. I said I did not bring any guidelines and they said yes Did we do not allow seeking material gain for sexual. If you don’t follow the rules you lose this is goodbye and I was like what Are you talking about? Wouldn’t listen they wouldn’t even talk to the gentleman I was talking to about a week or so later gentleman I was speaking with and ended up finding me and he was like oh my God you got banned immediately because of the conversation and I was like yeah, Crappy like a prostitute that I was trying to sell myself for money and he’s like what! You were responding to me and I was like I know they wouldn’t hear it. He then told me ho NOTHING happened to his profile and he was never even flagged even though he said the same exact things I got banned and accused of prostitution which is illegal and you can get arrested for.. and nothing at all happened to him. this app should be closed down.

Hi, real non-SW female user. I've been using the app on and off in the past year, met some great friends. Now tried to come back after a few months. Apparently my account is banned. I enquired with support and got a vague response (they 'cannot give me any details'). I'm quite confident I haven't violated guidelines. Then just repeated that when I asked more.❗️A quick search online on PURE bans and it seems quite a number of women (unpaid users..) have the same experience. App is amazing. But majorly disappointed.

Dreadful accused me of cheating and not paying for one chat, some clever man told me I wasn't playing fair after a recent bereavement excuse me if your app isn't at the top of my mind right now and refund my subscription! Banning me and ignoring has made me report you as spam, you have made it impossible to pay for one chat, you are literally stealing money!

This app is a waste of time. I spend a lot of time updating my profile, choosing clear photos, and following the advice they give to maximize likes and matches. Still, I get almost nothing. There is a major imbalance in the app, and I rarely get a real person to respond to one of my likes. I've given it several tries, but the new features they promise don't make anything easier or better.

I am super upset with my experience. Other reviews say you have to pay to use it which isn’t true you can search and connect for free but there is a paid version. What I’m most upset about is that they ban you if you want to connect on other platforms and if you get banned there’s no warning and lose connection with people you had built chemistry with. I provided this feedback to the team and they didn’t seem to care. Apparently they want to treat their users like children and not let them decide for themselves as adults if they feel safe to connect and continue conversing in a more conducive chat option like telegram. Overall the app was filled horny men and very few women but to the sweet people I did connect with and will never find again, I’m sorry 😞

Not a dating app... Pure scam. You have to pay to access to any feature. Most of the profiles are fake and/ or bots. Don't waste your time and money on this. If possible, and in order to avoid more people getting scammed. Go into Google play store or whatever play store U have, look for pure and flag it as innapropiate app. Let's remove that app from the market.
