Excellent service

The Pleatco PA200S Pool Filter Cartridge, which is listed on their website, has been consistently out of stock for over three years. If a product is not in stock, it is not appropriate to list it on your website. I have repeatedly requested updates on its availability, but I have not received any responses. In the end, I decided to purchase the cartridge from another retailer and had it delivered within a week.

When I contacted their customer service regarding USPS delaying the delivery of my filters they gave me a rebate in compensation for my inconvenience. Very good customer service!

I selected this business based on the positive reviews and quick shipping. I placed an order for hot tub chemicals and a fridge filter on Nov 2. The chemicals were not shipped until Nov 13 (received Nov 19). As of Dec 2nd, the fridge filter still has not been shipped.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong furnace filter for my furnace and needed to returm them. Donna from pure filter support was very understanding and went out of her way in providing the most economical way of returning them for credit. With out her help the cost of returning them (shipping) would have been prohibitive. Please eztent my thanks to Donna.

More than a month delay in delivery and still no delivery

Although first order got lost in the mail it was replaced quickly. Prices are competitive with other suppliers.

Website is easy to navigate to our particular needs. Pricing is noted. shipments arive in a timely fashion and have always been correct in our experience.

The X8794 Lennox UV bulb arrived promptly and unbroken. I am pleased you offer the brand name official replacement bulbs. There are some less expensive, but careful checking reveals they are not UV.

Was not given back my full refund. Company stated we had damaged product yet it was not. Assuming their carrier UPS damaged product and company wouldn’t refund full amount of $144+ but instead refunded $96? Was a poor experience.
