I ordered an urgent item (replacement heartbeat monitor) which was stated to be in stock for delivery in 2 days. Payment was taken.
4 days later I was advised in a polite email that the item was not in stock and payment was refunded 2 days later.
Monitored exercise is important for me and this false information caused a significant delay before I could get a monitor from another supplier.

Bought an exercise bike from Tesco - Pure fitness being one of their partners, which had to be returned. Had to speak to Pure fitness re return and were impressed by their efficiency, so purchased the replacement from them - very satisfied.

The first email I have recieived from the company was to ask for feedback. I got no email to confirm purchase or delivery and had to call myself to clarify my order was being processed. This also proved diffcult as customer services are only open monday to friday!

The instructions for putting together the cross trainer were poor and it would have been helpful if the website had stated just how much self assembly there was.

The delivery did arrive on time.

The marcy Smith machine Is a great product Worth the money , great delivery service came bang on time , just one thing need better instruction booklet with it , to help with construction my third Marcy products , great all round.

the product is brilliant but the instructions to put together are laughable.the delivery company were rubbish we had a 3-5 day delivery and never heard anything from them until day 5with 2 emails asking what is going on. delivery on day 6.

Bought pink gloves (size 8) directly from pure fitness and sports' website as its shop in Amazon didn't have the stock of this item at that time. When received a strong smelling odour from this item was very apparent. I immediately went to the website and to my surprise there was no signs on return policy. As such I left a message asking for advice on returning due to the problem. So far I haven't received any feedback from this company. Still waiting.

Purchased Sunday, received email Wednesday regards shipping, not sure what happened to next day shipping! Delivered Saturday with a 2 hour delivery slot. Although daunting, the machine was very easy to put together. Assembly took about 6-7 hours. No additional items left over or any missing. It is a very sturdy structure. Very pleased with our purchase.
