Let me explain! The stones on the ring look absolutely beautiful! My concerns are that 1) the ring was much thinner than it appeared to be on the website. I beleive the images shown there must be magnified?
2) longevity: the ring band(s) are thin. My concern is that they will not hold up over time.
If the rings are as durable as I hope they are ( with normal use ) than honestly the rings deserve a 5 star rating. This review is getting 3 stars based upon those suspicions. But based on looks alone: 5 stars

In the past, I had to return a ring that I bought without my wife. It was the wrong size. The return process was easy, low customer effort!

I recievied the ring within time frame given and it was delivered to my door. The ring itself is very prety and sparkly!

After looking at engagement rings for about one year and looking at different jewellery locations and online, me and my fiancé finally decided to go through Pure Gems. We chose the princess cut tall cathedral style and it is beautiful! I wanted a ring that would literally “dance“ with sparkle and brilliance and this ring does the trick. I have no complaints whatsoever about this beautiful piece. We chose a 1.5 carat Centerstone and we have no regrets. We will definitely purchase from Pure Gems again. Customer service has always been helpful with my many questions. Trust me on this folks, this looks like the real thing and well worth the investment.

I had a very specific design in mind and the designers were patient, very helpful and professional, answered every question and concern. They designed the engagement ring of my dreams and the end result has exceeded all my expectations.

They no longer provide warranty for my ring because I had to send it back at least 3 times because the diamond fell out and/or the Platinum totally misshaped. Just a few weeks ago, I went on vacation to the Caribbean and wore the Platinum ring only in the evening while we were at dinner. The ring is so badly misshaped, it's like it misformed from the heat. Can't wear it anymore! Unbelievable!
Also, I've already sent them over 7 requests by email in the past few weeks asking them to send me my original certificate back (I had to send it back to them when it needed a repair but they never returned it back), but they are completely ignoring my requests. So now I have a useless ring and no original certificate anymore. I call this a full blown scam company.
Update as of 1/22/2020
I'm not giving up because this company makes me sound like the bad person, but I'm not and want to warn others so they don't make the same mistake we did by buying from them. Yes, they did initially provide me good customer service, but when the ring kept losing the diamond and misshaping, it was suddenly all my fault, not the product quality.
First of all, I've never received my certificate back (lie by vendor)
Secondly, I don't do anything rough with this ring (lie by vendor). I'm 56 years old professional with a desk job! I barely wore the ring, and when I did something would happen to it (misshape, diamond fall out). I wear a white gold ring on my finger 24/7 for the past 20 years (175200 hours) yet the gems are still on it and it is still perfectly round. Yet, the PureGem platinum ring I now have (after a few remakes), I've worn maybe a total of 20 hours max on my left hand and the ring is completely misshaped like an oval. I'd love to attach a photo of both to show you as proof. I'm really not lying, people! Their quality is bad!

The communication was not good. It was a week of sending out emails to know if this purchase even went through; to Both pure jems and PayPal . I received an email from pure jems after I had given up. So I was not satisfied until I received the ring. If your emails on the confirmation of the purchase were in my inbox right away after the purchase , with a time slot on when it would be ready to ship , it would of been great purchasing experience. The ring is beautiful but small. It’s the right size.

Took longer than expected to arrive, however I was rebates $50 sooo I guess that was good customer service. I love the ring and when it was presented she said it was breathtaking.

Great price and just exactly what I ordered

My fiance ordered the 1.5 carat princess cut in the tulip setting and it is BEAUTIFUL! The customer service was amazing and answered my fiances emails within one hour. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
