I was a little skeptical at first...
I was a little skeptical at first, I could not find much information on Pure Gems Jewels and it seemed like the only comments or reviews were all positive as if paid to do so, they even do not allow comments on their YouTube videos so there is a lot of reason to be very skeptical, but, I assure you you can buy with confidence I was blown away with how beautiful their jewelry really is absolutely amazing my only regret is not buying a bigger diamond. Well worth the money and outstanding value do not hesitate to purchase from them my only complaint is how little communication they have with you but I assure you if there is an issue or if you absolutely need to get in contact with them they will email you back other than that if there are no problems with your purchase you will not hear from them except for when your item ships. I wish I could post pictures with this review again their jewelry is amazing and the quality is outstanding I hope this review helps people that were skeptical like I was.

Engagement ring and wedding band
The engagement ring and matching wedding band I purchased are beautiful. My wife gets so many compliments on them. The only hitch I experienced with my purchase was a lack of communication from Pure Gems Jewels regarding my credit card payment. The transaction was held up due to the amount and because of it being an international purchase. Once I discovered the issue and verified the purchase with my credit card company the ring arrived within a week. I am very pleased and my wife is over the moon happy with the rings.

Pleased, but concerned
I purchased a ring in Nov 2018. The diamond fell out within 2 months. that was VERY disappointing and concerning. The customer service response due to this was outstanding, and they fixed the ring, but I'm still concerned it will happen again.
