Pure Pens have blown me away with their customer service. I have bought pens from them a few times but my most recent experience with Sophia exceeded expectations. I had been delivered a faulty pen that I was able to send back to them to fix. When the fix was unsuccessful, Sophia sent me a brand new replacement. 5 star service.

Loving my new Twsbi Eco pen, after watching many favourable Youtubes of this pen for artists I decided to go for it and delighted I did. Haven't received my order but felt compelled to leave a review from their customer service.

I accidentally ordered cartridges instead of the intended ink bottle and upon asking what could be done they told me "already shipped but keep the cartridges and we'll out the bottle for free right away."

they are excellent, the price is so good for ink, compared to other places, and the service and aftersale service was impecible, i had a problem with a ink, and they sent me a replacement ink within a couple of days, i couldn't ask for a better service

Fast delivery of ink even just before Christmas. I am very pleased with the Diamine ink for my fountain pen, but even more impressed with their excellent customer service: bizarrely a birthday package intended for my sister-in-law ended up with them, and they kindly let me know and forwarded it free of charge. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with in every way.

Great service well packaged and quick delivery

Had some problems with tracking, which was saying that my item had arrived even though it hadn’t. I contacted them and I am very happy with the costumer service. They replied within a day and were extremely kind and helpful. They confirmed when my order was sent and apologized since it should’ve been here by now (even though it’s not their fault). They gave me possible reasons for the delay. They also told me how long it takes before it can be considered lost. And that if it doesn’t arrive by then, they will send me a new parcel with the products I ordered or give me a full refund.

I placed an order at 3.30 pm and the package arrived the following morning, to a region which is sometimes categorised as “remote”. The information on the website about products is helpful, I particularly like the large swatches included for many of the Diamine inks and the ethical items collection.

Bought two pens and few ink bottles from purepens.co.uk . Nicely packed & quickly delivered to my address in Oman. Very reasonable shipping charges. The best part about ordering with them is they check the pens for smoothness so you don't have to worry. Smooth writing experience out of the box. A big relief when you have professionals checking it specifically for you (specially for under $50 range of pens). I received the bill with a hand note next to my request for checking the nibs - which was really nice of them. For some reason it really touched my heart.
