Quick turnaround time - from order to ship out though the shipping confirmation e-mail could've included the tracking number first time round. Items arrived safely. Extra layers of plastic wrap for ink bottles & vials highly recommended in case of leak whilst in transport.

They have one of the best collection of fountain pens and inks in the UK. Especially if you are looking at TWSBI or DIAMINE products. Very much affordable and the shopping experience has been fantastic. Shipping is fast and usually delivers within 2 days(I took the default free shipping for orders above 20 GBP).
