Absolute cowboys. Excuse after excuse and turns the company isn't mcs registered despite assuring me I'd get my certificate. They got another company to issue mcs certificates and now these have been voided. Joke. Avoid

AVOID! After messing us about with the original install date, they finally installed in June 2024. We later came to discover that they did not have the correct credentials and could not issue us with the MSC certificate required in order for us to open an export tariff. Months and months of lying and being messed about ensued. We are now taking them to court. DO NOT USE.

Would never recommend this company. We had our solar panels installed a few months ago and we still didn't get the Msc certificate so we can't sell back into the grid. They keep lying that I will get it in couple of weeks. Nothing so far. I will have to seek justice in court.

Pure Solar was really professional right from the first survey to the installation day. They installed 18 panels and a battery all in just one day. Their after-sales team is also very efficient. It's too early to know how well my system will work in winter, but I'm really happy with its performance so far. It generated up to 7000 watts during the middle of the summer.
