Personal visits to look at the site and follow up, good explanation of the options, clear advice, and a smooth installation from a friendly team. Experience with the commissioned system is very good so far. Special mention of Jack, lead designer and surveyor, and Lucy and Tiffany who were very helpful and understanding with all communication and arrangements.
