Beware of less than transparent subscription process. Minimum 2 order not clear and extraction from subscriptions is not wholly straightforward. Biotic complex seems OK, but conditions for taking are not easy to align with a busy lifestyle - empty stomach, cold drink only. I was able to manage my subscription easily online and adjust frequency of shipment dates.
Sent an email to Customer Services to confirm changes and they were very prompt and efficient and answered my queries.
My order arrived on time and the quality of supplements is very good

I needed magnesium tablets for leg cramps and I have tried some but they were not as effective as the ones I receive from prolabs.
Their service is excellent and communication is equal to any other.
Since taking these particular tablets the cramps have almost stopped. I'm very pleased with the product and their service.

I had a query and Purolabs sorted it, very quickly and efficiently. They are a great company.

Tablets are easy to swallow. Delivery is good also customer service. Seem to be helping but it is early days yet.

I have tried Purolabs for about one month. I cannot report any significant results yet but the tablets don't upset me and I believe they are chemical free so I am hopeful that if I persevere, I will be able to report some improvements in my health.

Purolabs customer service, reacts quickly and well if there is any issue (eg. deliveries/too much stock/ advice about dosage, so that one doesn't overdose on any supplements). Thank you for the pure nature of your products and their efficacy.

Mental Health.
I contacted by email and I received good response from Arianne. But next day I received reply from another assistant and informed that Mental Health medicine is for Stress Anxiety and Mood .How it can be?
While selling both medicines for different remedies.
I requested to refund me or I need to ask my credit card company for refund.
I got more stress before I received my medicine.

I've been getting biotin. It's really working.

I’m giving a 3 as I have only taken 4 seem to be very gassy 🤔but that’s not unusual for me hence the reason for trying yet another brand . I read up that this happens with probiotics and you have to persevere.
Hopefully it will cease in a week
If it does I will give the product a 5
